Welcome to the Gambling Portal Webmasters Association ("GPWA") website (the "Site"). Before you create an account you must read these terms of use that govern your use of the Site. Description of the Site
The Site is a place where GPWA community members can exchange information, questions and comments with each other regarding the online gambling industry. The Site is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. The GPWA reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Site and your use or access to the Site with or without notice. The GPWA will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the Site, or termination of your access to the Site.
Registration
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use and participate in the Site. You must provide current, accurate, and complete information about yourself that may be required as part of the account creation process and/or continued use and participation in the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Site password and account, and are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain and promptly update any account information provided to GPWA to keep it accurate, current and complete. The GPWA reserves the right to refuse access to the Site to anyone at any time without notice, for any reason. Registration at GPWA automatically enters your email address into our database newsletter. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe from this newsletter at anytime.
Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in an orderly manner while using the Site, and you understand that the forums are not the place for "flaming" other users, whether an individual or an entity. You will not use the forum for spamming your offers. Certain offers are admissable by forum guidelines, when placed in the appropriate forum, and NEVER POSTED MORE THAN ONCE!

GPWA becomes sole-owner of any and all posts made within the Site. Except in certain cases, WE DO NOT DELETE any information provided within the forums. By posting within the Site, you understand that anything you post will remain. If you have any doubt about what you are posting, DON'T POST! You represent and warrant that you either own or have the necessary rights in the contents or materials placed in the Site, to grant GPWA and other users of the Site the rights and licenses contained herein. In no case shall you "cut and paste" any content from GPWA, Verbatim, at any time.
Indemnification
If GPWA and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees should incur any liability to a third party arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Site, you agree to indemnify and hold GPWA free and harmless from any such liability, and from all loss, claims, costs, demands, debts and causes of action in connection therewith, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
