Selling a young website, because as it turned out the topic of gambling for me complicated. Created more for the experiment. I do not consider myself any SEO-professional. As I could, so did it. I think if a person with experience would put a little effort, the site would show good growth. Now the average position for the main keyword in GSC = 6.9, CTR = 7.7%. Google Analytics has not installed.

Domain EMD. Registered in April 2023, the first affiliates began to connect in May. Traffic on the site is small (7-20 visitors/day), as the niche is narrow, from June to today earned $650+, and almost half of this amount - in the last month. No links purchased, the site was made with a focus on a single homepage.
Visitors from (in descending order):
Germany, USA, Netherlands, South Africa, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, etc.

Earnings:
≈20 May-July: $194
August 1-31: $180
September 1-28: $288

Half of the casinos can safely be shut down.

I recommend that you don't sell it unless you get a very good offer. Your site was launched recently and already has decent earnings. Of course, that depends on how much time you have spent and are able to spend in the future. You are top 6, this means there is possibility to improve and get much more. Also check the conversion journey.

Thanks Grogu, your advice is indeed very helpful. I appreciate it. There are a couple of potential buyers right now. I may have overpriced 25x, I don't know, I said I was willing to discuss price.

From the time this topic was posted to now exactly one week, 4 FTDs have been made. Earned $130. Totaling about $800 from the start, which equates to about $200/month.
I have also removed almost all casinos that are not directly related to the theme of the site (except for three, there is set up cross-brand). Now the remaining casinos are managed by one manager from 4 different affiliate programs, and payouts are made to one wallet.
