again the hacker opened accounts subsequently this should raise a flag or not ?

I suppose accounts are opened with false details, including false details of the websites or things like "under construction". But yes, it should raise a flag immediately if traffic is brought without any source.

Depends, could be an innocent affiliate with a naked code that the hacker is trying to get shut down
