Maybe someone had such problem. While my Yoast SEO plugin is active, I cant update homepage (cant modify content, cant modify MT+MD) of the website. Tried several things that found from Google, but that didn't help.

I have not seen this, have you updated to the latest version?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?
Is that the only SEO plugin you are using?
Have you tried disabling other plugins and enabling Yoast as it might be a conflict with another plugin?
How many plugins do you use?

Try to delete cache data and after disable all plugins.
After that enable it and try again.

still haveproblem ? because i have the same case and i have delete all cache after that i can modify content and title more
