YMGlory doesn't answer me - please help

Hello I write here, because i have to waiting from 8.10 till now(almost 2 weeks) to answer about my request. Please i want to be affiliated by Bet365 Aff Managers, not by YM Glory. Please, could someone from affiliate managers to write here or PM me i'll really appreciate.

Don't expect prompt replies to your emails from Bet365. Responding to questions is not one of their strong points.

I don't expect from them to asnwer me in the same day, but 2 weeks is too much i think...

I emailed them on the 15th and am still waiting for a reply.

If it was 15th Oct, this year it is fine.

They usually reply in 7-10 days to me. About 15% emails are answered faster. About 10%, as the last one from August, are never answered.

Also I advice to write there very simple requests, ideal is just one idea per email. So set up your priorities and come only with the highest.

YMGlory is just a third-party they use for the Bulgarian market, maybe for others too. I can confirm the communication is horrible (that was like 3-4 years ago). I guess nothing has changed. The sad thing was, part of your commission (back then at least) was going towards this so called "service".

Other than that, the real bet365 managers are great and reply within a few hours. So pretty much the problem is with this third party, rather than bet365 itself.

I guess I cannot speak for everyone, but I have never had a reply that wasn't within the day for the past 3 years.

Well I am not Bulgarian and most of my traffic is UK. How did you come to conclusion that part of the commission is going to pay YMGlory? I do not see anything about it anywhere. Tbh I think the stats are as they should be. But I would be happy about any information about it.

It looks like Anthony did the trick, although my communication was with Bet365, not any third party. It wasn't anything important, but next time I might send them a pigeon, see if that's quicker.

Hi Sherlock,

Well just by looking at my statements back then (2010 or 2011), I had a small % taken for it. Things could have changed a lot for 5 years, I can go look through my old communications,cause I remember asking about it back then.

P.S Found it: "The fee that you are seeing is the administration fee from when your account was managed by YM Glory." that's from 2011. Perhaps things have changed around since then.

Thank you. Well I do not see any % on the list of fees . Maybe they hide it, maybe it does not exist, maybe only for BG traffic. Any small % is huge money, that is maybe paid for days and weeks of waiting for simple responses.

I would be happy to see here some Bet365 statement different what is different between YMGlory and Bet365, because I signed at Bet365 affiliates, I did not sign any deal with Bet365 etc and nobody told me what is going on and why. It would be really nice to see something else than: contact me via email. One year ago my account was suspended for one month, I also got some explanations only after Bet365 core staff looked into it thanks this GPWA forum. From that time I have half of my head grey and peptic ulcers.

It is great that Anthony sent them email. Bet365 are the best and will be for long time, but there is a space for improvement. I do not recall any other affiliate programme with more horrible communication than YMGlory. Not one is even close. I know regular Bet365 guys are sending newsletters and communicate on the top of that, but this daughter company is really really bad.
