View your website with your phone in the horizontal position, and your missing sub-menus will appear. Menu widths need to be adjusted.
it's clear you do not quite understand what the problem is, I also apologize for my poor English.
Menu widths is just fine and dont need to be adjusted.
The problem is that the theme dont support Samsung internet browser..
Please why cant you show me the screenshot from your phone where you show me the submenu unfold on the Samsung internet browser ?
Here below you can with the Samsung internet browser see how the submenu does not unfold when you click on the arrows:
Here below you can with the chrome internet browser see how the submenu unfolds nicely and properly unfolds when you click on the arrows..

I just tested this and it seems to work in the emulator or dev tools but do not have the full samsung browser to try this.
I tried loading the samsung browser on bluestacks, but that seems to have problems, (most likely doesn't run correctly on bluestacks 4 and I have not yet upgraded to 5)
I see now there is a working release of the samsung browser for the PC, not sure how close that is to help with your testing, but will pop that on in a bit to see if I can recreate the problem.
Maybe daftdog or someone else that stops in later will have samsung device and can give this another test for you and grab screen shots to help see where the issue lies.

@universal4 Super thanks for your help it is much appreciated.
It is 100% sure the theme not supporting Samsung Internet browser just like it dont support the NEW google analytics. The theme need to be updated @antonis
Sorry have tried 2 versions of samsung browser and they both do not work on bluestacks, even the beta that came out 6 weeks ago fails.
I have found no official version for the pc, even though many searches claim it, either they are hacks or lead to the blue stacks versions.

As I said, if you position the phone in the horizontal position, then the menu works fine. In the vertical position, it does not work correctly. That is why I thought there may be an issue with menu widths.
I have today received this message from @Antonis
"We found a way to test it in Samsung browser and we saw the issue, we are working on a solution that is going to be released on the next version."
Good to hear a solution could be forthcoming.
