We had no downtime recently, so not sure what error were you seeing, perhaps a connection error on your end.
Regarding compliance - this is something you need to make sure you align your site with.

Might be my internet but I got a 502 error and the games weren't loading.

Compliance a hassle so just removing everything. I do like the plugin so may add to my non uk site but for now, I am best off deactivating it all.

Hi AussieDave, thanks for letting us know, we had an SSL certificate issue on cloudflare. It's resolved now and you can access the site.

No public API at the moment, but we are planning on creating one next year for non-WP users.
Currently the games database is accessed through the import functionality of the plugin only.

Does someone have any issue to reach the game with the VegasHero plugin please ?

I don't know if it's since the last wordpress update, but I can no longer access any game. I can reach the page, so no error 404, but nothing is loading ... No content, no game .. Any idea to fix the issue please ?

I tried to reset the permalinks, but I am still having the issue.

The issue you are seeing doesn't originate from our plugin.

Product update: we added a couple of new features to the VegasHero demo games import plugin - now you can manage HTML5 / Flash games more efficiently. (this is in preparation for the upcoming 2021 Chrome update where Flash will be disabled by default). This release also includes a number of bug fixes and performance improvements.

Incidentally, have you considered integrating age-gating or geo-specific blocking, for markets like UK where the free games are restricted?

Thanks for the feedback.
There are some readily available third-party plugins geo targeting so we didn't feel the need to add that. You can get free (or inexpensive) plugins to block post types or specific pages in certain countries.
As for the age-gating / age verification, this topic has been developing all year long and we are waiting to see what services are worth considering before making a call on it.
We are putting together a development roadmap for the next year, and will definitely look at suggestions coming from the GPWA community and our existing client base.

Thanks for the reply! True, geotargeting isn't so tricky as the age-gating. I was contacted recently by a rep from a company who apparently offer the service to affiliates for free. PM me if you want the email address
