WinningDays.com / Wnningdays Affiliates - late payments or no payments (RESOLVED)

Hi All,

We would like to report some issues WinningDays.com / Wnningdays Affiliates program. We sent them an invoice almost 3 weeks ago and still no payment.

According to their T&C:

6.2 The Commission is calculated at the end of each month and payments shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears, not later than the 20th of the following calendar month.
6.3. Payment of Commission will be made through the Netrefer Affiliate Platform. Due to existing regulations, Affiliates may be required for verification and “know your customer” documentation before a withdrawal can be accessed.

Today we have 29.03.2021 and still no payment despite of sending loads of reminders via email and skype. Feeling very disappointed and disregarded.

We are chasing this payment since we have internal audit.

Any experience with them?
