Welp after 13 years of promoting cpays / william hill i finally got what was coming to me for my stupidity. Broken promises and to bad sucker. lol I know I know its my fault.

I had an agreement to add them to afc way back, for 35% revshare and no negative carry over, well today its no more No neg carry over and your ucky we kept you on 35% lol..

You're extremely lucky, my friend...
After 10+ years we are now on neg carryover + 5% on "0 depositors per month" or 25% on "at least 1 depositor per month"... good, isn't it?

I can feel and understand your disappointment.
Loyalty no longer counts for anything.
Irrevocable, his behaviour of programs is a naïve fallacy.
There are 1,000+ affiliate programs online.
But not enough players to feed them all.
Without loyal webmasters they could never built up their business.
And can not hold it in the long run.

I promote William Hill but on the 3rd or 4th page because they aren't one of my highest converters. They tried to lower my commissions because I wasn't sending much traffic. They ended up honoring our agreement in the end if I promised to move them up to the second page.

Next year they will try that again and than you have to move them up to the 1st page to avoid having your commission lowered. Or maybe they will try it even earlier.

After reading this thread, I decided to log into my affiliate account after many years of not promoting them. As one might expect.. No registered players, no revenue and no payment information.. As one might expect

The biggest screwing comes when you have a huge negative at 36% or whatever the percentage you might be at....and then they lower the percentage after that and expect you to pay it back at 5%.

You got it, or 50% revshare for firs month then you go neg 100K .. same deal but WH is garbage

Well AFC, not surprised to hear it about W Hill, guess best way to go is not promote them, and hopefully affiliates will band together and do the same.

Seems they screw over affiliates in different and creative ways.

Today I received an email that stated something about averaging 6 rmps per month and changing me from 40% to 10% without even any benchmarks or incentives to send more, just telling me to contact them if I have more volume.

Ironically I just met with them at LAC about increasing exposure. Ha. Hope they will be happy with the zero I'll be sending now.

You are completely right. After so many years I believe there is no other country from which more players have been stolen than Israel.

If I would make such statement in my German homeland on TV I would be called a racist. Fortunately, here in this forum this sucking "argument" does not work.

Because they are working under false flag and quasi undercover. The most brutal crooks are coming from Israel affiliate programs like this mental ill psycho from AffPower and also this William Hill idiots I have had many unmasking conversations with here on GPWA the time they were failing sponsor. At the end they still used the GPWA seal without permission for some time despite they cancelled the sponsorship.

Guys you're not alone, They are doing this to me as well now after more than 10 years we're sending players on monthly basis and high quality players !

They sent email yesterday that I'm going to get 5% rev-share (down from 40%) because the "activity is low", the affiliate manager didn't even checked our account and made sure he is not "just saying stuff" because this account is active and get players on monthly basis
During the last 3 months 15 FTD's (average 5 per month)!

So when I went to check the "low activity" term in their site I found out that they write:

* At any time where 3 calendar months have passed without the Affiliate directing at least four Customers to the Operator’s Sites, the default Revenue Reward set out in the table above and any other Revenue Reward agreed by the parties in writing at any time shall no longer apply and instead shall be set at 5% of all Online Gaming Products and Sportsbook.

So I asked them why you give me 5% if you send players on monthly basis ? are you saying that you'r not following your OWN T&C ?!?

The affiliate manager told me that they can do "whatever the hell they want, anytime to any affiliate because they can according to their T&C" ...

so I called the head of affiliation and asked him
And he said "well we need to check it, I'm sure there is an explanation to all this"

So they checked it and got back to me today that they decided now to give 15% instead of 5%.

So I asked them why I get less than the default deal you give all affiliates of 20% as you post on your site ?!

And since then no reply !

Also you guys should know that they have not paying me January commission as well without even thinking of letting me know about a delay.

And this is public company we're talking about here right !

Bottom line - they dont care about affiliates, they just want to take their money

I was also told by the head of affiliation that they dont care about value only about volumes - such BS!
