I have checked with our relevant internal teams and aside from those we are checking and expected to get results tomorrow/Monday, we have no outstanding AML checks to perform. It could potentially be that we are awaiting on a document to verify your account for KYC (prior to AML checks) in which case we have been unable to complete an AML check on your account.
