Default William Hill / Affiliate United Exercising Predatory Terms

Not that I make any money out of them anyway, but just a warning that Affiliate United, (William Hill) are starting to roll out their predatory terms now that they are on NetRefer. Just got an email that they are exercising their right to drop commisions to 5% on any referred players.

    Here's the message:

"Since we moved over to netrefer we have now started exercising our Terms & Conditions regarding accounts that have not sent any FD’s in recent time.

?/b>At any time where 3 calendar months have passed without the Affiliate directing any Customers to the Operator’s Sites, the default Revenue Reward set out in the table above and any other Revenue Reward agreed by the parties in writing at any time shall no longer apply and instead shall be set at 5% of all Online Gaming Products and Sportsbook.?/b>https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/terms-changes/category/affiliates-united/

I'd advise only working with these guys on a money up front basis- make sure you give them a big bag.

What is worse is this scenario.

You send a player that wins and takes you a few grand in the nefative. Later you are having google issues and THEY have trouble converting your visitors and poof, you are on 5% paying back the negative that hit you on the higher percentage, could even be from the same player.

I notice some programs aplying this rule and i think the main reason is: they want more promotion on affiliates websites.

But they must not forget that we affiliates cannot predict where the player will click and sign-up.

The market is growing everyday, and only for some + or - elements a player can register or close his account.

I have to say that our job is not easy, so they must understand this.

I remember when i was casino player that a BIG brand, existing now also have a bad relation with players, so why we must promote and push promotions more hardly for that brand where players:
    1. Are not satisfied from their customer support.
    2. Are not happy with their free offers
    3. Are not happy with their games.
    4. Are not happy with speed of withdrawals.

I am happy and promoting WillHill and i dont think this is a good way working with affiliates.
