William Hill Affiliate program - missing commission

Hello guys,

This is my first post here so any help will be much appreciated .

William Hill are not paying me a commission earned back in December 2017. I have sent them around 20 e-mails about that .They keep postponing the issue -passing it between different people, passing it to the finance team , e-mail stuck in outbox , promising to pay in the next pay run etc.

I was wondering if any of you guys had the same problem with William Hill.Please guys - Help !

They haven't paid me in years. Money outstanding on two different accounts and no reply to emails. Do yourself a favour and move on.

Like many bigger companies are currently/have switched to, their finances are dealt with by a team in eastern Europe which can lead to communication issues and/or lack of common sense/flexibility.

Two options, either forget about payment and drop them or start a dunning process.

As far as I know - William Hill Finance Team is located in Phillipines.

Made me laugh! Yes, I have actually received payment from them before although it is not a regular occurrence.

The most "trusted" betting shop brands in the UK seem to take great delight in being untrustworthy brands to "partner" with on a business level.

I have just minuses during last months. Never sent them any significant traffic. But yet they (some English name) contacted me that they want to give me some special deal for WC. They must be quite desperate.

I keep getting paid every month (April too) although with some peanut amounts because they've cut my commission to 5%

For my CPA request the guy asked about many things and then we wrote he is going to vacation from tomorrow.

That is true dedication to work.
