this isnt about value bettors line shoppers ,arbers, matched bettors , pro bettors ,steam chasers or however you want to describe them

it is simply not possible to win 200k at bet365 or most other sportsbooks. you get shown the door way before then regardless of how poor a bettor you may come across

I am not critical of them or think they are dishonest, im simply stating a fact.

Bet365 was great for affiliates. But you have to read this from Terms and Conditions for bet365 players:
    5. Dormant Accounts

5.1 As of 31st July 2014 bet365 will apply an Administration Fee to all accounts that have been ‘inactive’ for a consecutive period of at least 365 days in accordance with the following procedure. An account is deemed to be ‘inactive’ during any period in which none of the following actions take place in relation to it: (i) a successful deposit; (ii) a sports or financials bet is placed; or (iii) participation in any casino, poker, games, vegas or bingo product.

    (a) If your account remains ‘inactive’ for a continuous period of 365 days then your account shall be deemed to be ‘dormant’ and, if the balance on your account is zero, your account will be closed and no fee shall apply.

    (b) If, on being deemed to be dormant, your account has a positive balance, bet365 shall take reasonable steps to notify you using the details you provided during your registration process (or as updated by you).

    (c) If your account remains dormant, after a minimum period of 28 days following bet365’s first attempt to notify you that your account has become dormant, bet365 shall deduct a monthly Administration Fee from your account balance of ? (or currency equivalent), or 5% of your account balance at the time that it is deemed to be dormant (whichever is greater).

According to my research of over 400 online casinos the dormant account policy is present in about 98% of them.

To be fair 12 months of absolutely NOTHING happening is a long time to go, no deposits, no bets placed and no participation whatsoever, I think they're within their rights to close that account after 12 months if they want.

I agree. What **** me really off is dormant fee+not telling customer that they deduct it.

Recently I left 2K usd for one year at Clickbank under impression they charge me 1usd/month, but they raised it for 50 per month or maybe even 14 days and they did not send me anything. So I lost 1K during one year. That is a rip off!

If an affiliate agrees to send traffic to ANY affiliate company and they agree to pay a commission based upon the sales of that traffic, that affiliate DESERVES to get PAID whether it is ONE customer or 10,000 customers.

There are plenty of affiliate programs that WILL pay for that ONE customer.

As owner of professional betting forum and former professional bettor, I can simply say that is not true.

I have won 50-100K myself few years ago on live betting with moderately big bets and it were pretty sharp bets and other guys I know had similar experience. So that is a fact. I believe their risk management is now better, so they spot sharp player quick, but that is only one more argument that they can let big whales play.

If they were about to cheat, belive me guys, I would be target #1. But I am not. And I am not letting anyone to talk about them bad, because this bullshit - without justification - lowers my chance being paid by them even in future, because the expressive threads can hurt any programme a lot and all business is about trust and tiny things between rows.

As I said, I agree they made a mistake in communication and I hope this thread can lead to better and faster responses by them and I hope they will be able to provide data about the bets on demand. As I pointed out before Bettingpartners/Bovada, some bettor won there 35K, 35K and 60K usd in 3 consecutive months, while he was always small bettor (and Bovada has MUCH lower limits than Bet365), but Bettingpartners always responded quickly and showed us the tickets. I hope Bet365 can provide those data as well and you can see it is totally possible to win those money.

They do not want small affiliates, they want big losing bettors and they are one of few that can work with big bettors.

Then they should have terms to pay ALL affiliates that send players, whether one or 10,000, (but they don't)

I do agree with you that they have an excellent reputation among players and affiliates that work with them. (I have never disputed that)

Well, probably they should, I really do not know. I can hardly imagine those 1 player affiliate account can pay them off, but I agree that company of their format should be able to lift this restriction as well.

Well it has been brought up to them in the past, but they keep claiming they will work with affiliates that hit this wall....etc etc etc....

But they have always told me, they had no intention of changing the WRITTEN terms of service to make them more small affiliate friendly.

And with these terms of starting to CHARGE affiliates for lower volumes, it is pretty clear they are moving the OPPOSITE direction.

Sad really (for small affiliates), for an operation with such an excellent reputation.

I started with Bet365 as a small affiliate and I'm still a small affiliate with them. I don't promote 500 other brands so I can afford to send them decent traffic and get rewarded accordingly. Bet365 is one of my top programs and I don't foresee this changing any-time soon.

Obviously they are not meant for affiliates who can't send more than a couple of FTD's a year.

    All,

Thanks for any of your positive comments in this thread and also any other feedback.

Please can I ask you to email me at [email protected] with anything specific you would like to find out more on and I will ensure it is looked at as soon as possible.

I should also point out that the new terms mentioned in this thread are not from the Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions.

    Thanks
