Where to advertise?

It's tough, but i would recommend trying to go with Google Ads, i do see some of them works with clever masking in the descriptions. Otherwise, posting in forums that has gambling section would be ideal as there will be audiences for that. Of course, some of these forums would be related to porn sites.

vengas - or if you can offer some kind of "value" to your visitors and want longterm success, try SEO instead of PPC.. Or cloaking..

There are many restrictions to advertising gambling sites on Google Ads, and it is restricted often based on where the site is located.

Most forums do NOT just simply allow advertising, and if in fact they do have a gambling section, due to the volume of spam that creates there are most often heavy restrictions on what is allowed.

And if you advertise on porn sites, you could be risking your affiliate agreement since some groups have specific restrictions against that.
