When a Casino does not Honor its Ad

I come across this yesterday morning at a particular Online Casino. They had a AD posted all over and it stated

"No Deposit $120 Signup Bonus"

I joined to test it out and see how well their casino faired to others. Once I was registered I was immediately meet by a Deposit Consultant. And he told me in chat that if I deposited $25 he could offer me 300% Bonus on it. Meaning if I deposited $25 he would credit my account and make it $300 instead. Be warned as I did this with a different casino the night before and found out that the play through was way higher than normal.

But instead of depositing right away as I did on another casino, I asked him about the $120 No Deposit Bonus and said I really wanted to just test out the website and see how it faired against others. He told me they did not have that type of bonus and he could only give me the 300% Bonus after depositing the $25.

So I dug into my emails and showed him the screen shot of the actual coupon that was going around the internet. He did not reply to me in the chat again.

So last night I went back to make sure that I was not getting this incorrect. As it was I was presented with $25 on my account with very strict requirements, meaning I could only play one game. So I again mentioned this to the new Deposit Consultant. And he never answered me at all. I even posted the screen shot of the AD again, and explained to him I was trying to test their website to give a review. He would not respond and I told him I would not be able to give a good review.

So just about 15 minutes ago I decided to go back and explain all that happened to the New Deposit Consultant. And he said it was not for real money but a play money thing. So I posted the Real Money AD again. And asked him if they where going to advertise this as a ad to get customers into the casino they need to honor the ad. And told him I would not be able to give a good review of this site. And that pulling a switch a roo to get customers in the casino was not ethical.

He replied and said I could whatever I wanted to do. It did not matter to them whether I posted a good review or a bad review.

I am having trouble understanding this and recommend not even coming close to them.

Hi! Frustrating, but such casinos don't live for long I believe. Can you share the name of this online casino so community knows?

When I reveal the name of the Casino I would really like for the Affiliate Rep to be able to respond before calling a complete loss. As it actually maybe a complete misprint of the offer.

We've checked with the team from Bingo Hall and it seems they have granted you the $120 in your account (a different agent than the one with whom you've initially been in contact).

The promo your received via email (and for which you've attached the screenshot now) is a valid one and normally users are credited with the $120 automatically from the link. It seems that in your case this was an exception and the bonus had to be granted manually by the agent.
We apologize for you experiencing troubles in the process! We've now re-tested the link and the $120 Bonus is granted automatically.

Glad to see the issue was taken care of.

I would like to know what the actual bonus you were offered by support was. If they offered you 300% with a $25 deposit, that would not have been $275 to equal $300.

I am trying to get the transcript of those conversations with the Deposit Consultant. But it did strike me as a off the wall bonus to Deposit $25.

I did go back and test their site with the $120 Bonus. And was offered another 600% bonus if I deposited. Don't remember exactly how much i would have had to deposit for that, but I told them I was happy with testing out the website and games to give a review.

I most of time will just use the signup bonus just to write reviews of the website and the games. I mean when I play most I play one particular game at each site for that week or month and then compare them to one another as to which site offers the best deals, best payout for that game, how often I played it. I do have agreements with casinos right now that I do not accept winnings. I only get a money account with their money on it to test games and give reviews of them and their sites.

But all in all I like to give honest reviews about the games the owners and the support. Most of which are users to understand the games and how they have to use the bonuses for entertainment purposes.
