So please add a last change date DD/MM/YY at the top or bottom of the page.

Our apologies for not responding sooner. The VistaGaming Network is the trade name for The CB Corporation, which operates the branded proprietary bingo websites, pursuant to the laws of Costa Rica.
Additionally, Vegas Crest Casino is powered partially by VistaGaming Network games as well as Rival Gaming, regulated pursuant to the laws of Curaçao.

Our apologies for not responding sooner. There is no specific reason, we simply have not been required to place this information on the homepages. However, we may look to change that given your comment.

Regarding your second point about applying a 'change date', this is a good suggestion we are going to implement

Thank you. My opinion is, that a "change date" in the terms should be a standard in the industry for all programs latest in 6 months, because there is no serious argument against this "add-on".

The Costa Rica licence is a business licence, not a gambling licence.
