However, GPWA members can double that offer to 50% revenue share or €200 CPAs by mentioning that they were referred by the GPWA upon registration. The sky is the limit for GPWA affiliates who promote Platin Casino. They do not accept U.S. players. They are not licensed in the UK.

I have to agree with Progger on the PayPal rule.
Although I do in fact have a PayPal account, in no way should US Affiliates EVER allow their PayPal accounts to be connected to any kind of gambling program. Any US Affiliate that does is risking losing their PayPal account.

You don't have to have a PayPal-Account.
This is a "standard-rule" from the Post Affiliate Pro software (which is actually the old affiliate-software used from platincasino ~ affiliates.platincasino.com).
The recent program is Income Access ~ partners.platincasino.com

Those terms do not mention paypal at all. They do not mention minimum payment threshld or payment methods either, unless I missed it.
