Thank you for asking this question as it is a good one. Hopefully this will help clarify the situation vis-?vis IGT Partners & Probability Affiliates.

Around a year ago IGT acquired the Probability group of companies along with all it’s assets (including the Probability Affiliates program). Since then this program has been retired with the spinning off of many brands to other platforms and programs, the sun-setting of some brands and, finally, the migration of a set of flagship brands to the newly created IGT Partners Program.

I’m aware that due to the fact that the affiliate team was replaced from top to bottom, a break in communications on behalf of the legacy affiliate team ensued. The reestablishment of ongoing communications with our partners, as well as the resolution of any legacy issues has been my priority for the 4 months I’ve been working on program. Should you have any issues pending from the legacy team, please do get in touch privately and I will see that it is resolved.

The above notwithstanding I would like to highlight that the IGT Partners Affiliate Program is now under the reliable management of IGT Plc, with a great team behind it and an extremely exciting release schedule for 2017. Thank you for your response. I'm glad you acknowledged the communication issues, as many of us were blindsided by the sudden rebranding/closure of probability affiliates. I'm also glad you're making it your priority to clear up any of the legacy issues.

With that in mind, there's a thread here that just celebrated its birthday that posed some questions about what happened. As you can see, the thread has not had the attention from any program rep. Additionally, I can say with conviction that payments for the players that were sent prior to this "rebranding" have also been absent during the last twelve months.

Perhaps a good start to celebrate the birth of the above mentioned thread and also to start off your sponsorship here on the right foot would be to explain or better yet sort out the "lost" players for the affiliates that helped to build the brands that IGT acquired.

Please keep in mind that, as mentioned before, I've only taken over the program in the last four month, and therefore have limited clarity on legacy issues. I have been in constant, constructive contact with many of our and have re-established a strong and active partnership with both new and old affiliates.

All player data has been migrated and added to the the referring affiliate's new account in the IGT Partners Affiliate Program, and, to the best of my knowledge there are no pending cases of missing/erroneous data. Should there be an anomaly with your account, kindly send me a PM (including your pre and post migration account details such as Username, Email, Name and Surname, Website registered and the Relevant info about your case) in order to start the investigation and I will do my best to sort it out for you.

Please bear in mind that I have no direct access to the old Probability data, and that this would need to be requested from Income Access (our affiliate platform provider).

I urge you to take a look at this thread - located right here. It is possible that thread did not get updated. But it also is a certainty that no program reps has addressed any of the mentioned issues in the thread. I know for a fact that some affiliates who previously had accounts with Probability either did not get migrated to IGT or never received notifications of the migration.

Please understand I'm not putting this fail on you personally. As you mentioned, you are working to clean it up. A great place to start might be in that thread.
