I take it this is the Happybet that was found by the Froehlich brothers? If it's the same one i knew in Germany they won't be competitive enough to succeed online.

Is their a link to their website? or just the affiliate program. I mean, it's normal to look at the menu before eating in a restaurant? I'm not speaking for me, but to sell a product the salesmen usually need to look at it?

Yes it was found by Froehlich (Frankfurt), but their was other shareholders and one of them was murdered. I looked, it's the same people: Tennis 1.22 - 3.35 (112%) - used to want minimum 4 teams in the shop and very low limits!

Might work on the high street in remote places - but internet is a harder pitch!!

First of all: There is no difference between Platin Casino Affiliates and Happy Bet.
Proof (PUBLIC SOURCE FROM GPWA!!!): https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/forum/leopolds-...tml#post808827

    "one of them was murdered"

Yes, here is proof and full article: https://www.faz.net/aktuell/rhein-mai...-13396423.html

Oliver, co-owner of Happy Bet was killed by Serbian Mafia because of "financial disputes". He got two shots in the head.

    ---

By the way: Whois data are public data! If an attempt is made to hide such public data in forums, then the individuals who are asking for it are proven shady people.
    Am I wrong?

Use public whois datacenters on the net.
For German domains you can find the public, I repeat: public!!! data here:

German version for whois data of .de domains: https://www.denic.de/
English version for whois data of .de domains: https://www.denic.de/en/homepage.html

Even shady people can not prevent, that you - the thruth-seeking audience - are using these free services and other public sources to find the truth about some individuals.

When did Happy Bet come out of insolvency? If so, was the emergence after working to pay all creditors back or was it a return with a clean slate (leaving creditors holding empty bags)?

What you are linking to concern the insolvency of Happy Bet AG (AG = "Aktiengesellschaft" ("Stock Corporation")).
Many rebrands round about Happy Bet AG (A0JD0N) ... Moconso AG ... Tacitus Capital

    There was another Happybet bankruptcy!
Debtor: Happybet Sportwetten und Vermittlungs GmbH (= "Happybet sports betting and brokering GmbH")
    "GmbH" = "Limited Liability Company"
    Registry Number: FN 292131f
Insolvency proceedings opened on 5. May 2011 by District Court of Salzburg / Austria (registered as Case 23 S 29/11a).
    Public source: https://firmenbuchauszug.at/Firmenbuc...2258F60FF79E1A

Some words about the bankruptcy of Happybet Sportwetten und Vermittlungs GmbH:

Happybet Sportwetten und Vermittlungs GmbH ... a daughter of ... Happybet Ltd Malta (= GPWA sponsor)
Happybet Ltd Malta ... a daughter of ... Patrio Plus Wettholding GmbH.
And Patrio Plus Wettholding GmbH ... no surprise ... a daughter of Moconso AG.

A sophisticated network of companies with allegedly very belligerent lawyers.

Very interesting: Only a few sources on the internet exist. Forums are nearly cleared with that important and public information. I can be wrong, but for me it looks like a purge.

The only official representatives of Happybet here on GPWA is nothing less than a disaster for the reputation of the program in my opinion and is walking - as a German resident - on very thin ice.

GPWA should not be the playground for every white label mushroom or every representative. I have absolutely nothing against sponsorship as long as the minimum of ethical standards will be enforced. Raise your fees and take the half or a third but hand-picked. Gave some starters who deserve it for some weeks a start-up assistance. Take the elite and some long standing dinosaurs. It will pay also for the reputation of GPWA in the long run.

Many webmasters from different country are de facto and de jure without rights. So the public word and collecting as information as possible are the only things to re-establish the principle of equality of arms.

Personal suitability requires that the representative's character is also suitable for his program and for the whole industry.

Thank you for welcoming us to the "GPWA tribe".

If you have questions regarding our GPWA offer, please feel free to ask.

As you might have seen on our webiste, we don't have a casino product. Therefore we are legal in Germany. Being legal gives you as affiliates additional advertising oportunities.

We also have an legal opinion ready for you, that you can show advertiser networks in order to buy media/display for your affiliate campaign with us.

In case you need that legal opinion make sure to send me a PM with your affiliate username. We will brand the legal opinion with your name/company name, so that you can go out and knock on the advertisers doors
