To update everyone, Vlad (Fastpay Casino) were right on it, and sent an email to the provider. They returned the reply, acknowledging the bet was closed before the free spins paid out the win. Subsequently, the unpaid winnings were credited to my account.
All up, took around 2 hours to rectify.
