2.3 Affiliates Shark Affiliates reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any moment.

Which, would make any edit/alteration/amendment etc., etc., retroactively binding.

4.5. Affiliates Shark Affiliates shall pay the Referral Company/Affiliate each month for services rendered during the preceding calendar month. Payment shall be made prior to the 15th working day of the following month. If the amount of compensation for one month is less than US $500, the amount shall be made available in the succeeding month (when the accumulated amount is greater than US $500).

US$500 is well above the industry accepted payment threshold. US$100 is a fair threshold, $US$500 is not. A cynical person could not be blamed for thinking, it's a nice way to get FREE BRAND MARKETING, as a % of signed up affiliates will take months to reach your minimum payment, and newbie affiliates will most likely give up before reaching said threshold payment...

Non licensed/regulated, T&C changes when they want, absurd minimum payment threshold... Sounds like an outstanding program!
