Is this the way you treat potential affiliates?
Sarah, I have a complaint regarding one of Victor Affiliates' managers. How may I contact you?
Thanks.

Can you please PM me with your contact info and the details of your complaint and I will see that it gets to the proper authorities at BetVictor?

Thanks guys,
I will describe the whole scenario right here publicly. A few days ago, I emailed VA in regards to unique phone number tracking,
asked them whether they would offer this to affiliates and showed my mobile betting website. Someone named Tarik replied and,
instead of simply answering the question like others did, told me to join their affiliate program, otherwise he would not be able
to help me.
I did just that and learned on the next day that my application was rejected because the (mobile) website I had submitted
does not meet their standards. By the way, this is the exact site that guy already knew.
And I had explained in detail that Betvictor would be featured there, and nowhere else.
So, in a nutshell, he asked me to join in order to reject my application. This is my conclusion in this case. Normally, whenever
I deal with idiots, I just move on and forget about it. This time I just had to mention this.
So a solid and well-known brand does not necessarily correspond with a well-run affiliate program obviously.
Thanks.

Totally agree.
I can't login to my account during the last 2 days, while the aff links leads to 'invalid link' page.
Sent e-mail, no replies.
When i try to proceed with "forgot password" option, i get "Your account is awaiting approval" message.
Anyone here from BetVictor guys? or you are too in Artic sleep?

Hi,
Sorry guys, only just saw this, not sure why we didn't get the notification?
Firstly apologies regarding the mobile site, Tarik has only just joined, is still in training and i'm sure you will understand there is a learning process that goes on.
Secondly he did not reject your application, this was handled by another member of the team who had no prior knowledge of your conversation with Tarik, we set certain standards for sites that apply and yours did not meet them at that time. Should you wish to discuss this further or have more information that would alter our decision feel free to pm or email me on pauline.andrew at vcint.com and ill take a look. I apologise for the confusion caused.
Isaiah, not sure what the issue is with your account, its not closed. We received your email yesterday evening and were about to send a response and a new password. I have no idea why it stated "your account is awaiting approval" that makes no sense as your account has been active since 2011, however we will check this with IA probably a minor glitch. Not quite sure that a wait of less than 12 hrs to your email constitutes an "arctic sleep" though
Regards,
Pauline

No, thank you. Mobile websites are not graphical masterpieces generally, for a reason.
