About LinkBacksA big warning about this. We tried to login in to our VC-affiliate account and received the message "Your account is on approval" (VC affiliate for years). After an email from us, we received this:
1. we had several customers. Not so much, but it was an active account.I am writing to inform you that your affiliate account has been closed due to a crackdown on suspicious affiliate activity.
In an attempt to combat a particular type of affiliate activity we have been forced to close accounts from a number of territories and unfortunately your account has been highlighted as a potential risk. While we appreciate that you may not have been involved in any form of suspicious or fraudulent activity, we have been forced to take drastic measures to control particular territories and the activity we are experiencing from within these areas.
Please accept our apologies if you feel this decision is unfair, however the decision is full and final and we will not consider reopening any accounts that have been closed.

2. I met their head of affiliates in Prague and told him that we operate a German website so we need marketing materials in German. They never uploaded this to our account and we never had some.
This is scam in my eyes and I spoke to few affiliates who had the same experience. This seems to be a method how to kick affiliates and get their customers.
