MOST POEPLE WILL KNOW THIS BUT I DID NOT AND AS A RESULT I NEARLY LOST ££££'s IN GOOGLE ADSENSE EARNINGS PLUS A BAN FOR ALL OF MY SITES (GAMBLING AND NON-GAMBLING RELATED) BECAUSE I DID NOT TAKE THE TIME TO READ 'BIG G's' TOS !!!

I have been using AdSense on my gambling portal for about 3 months now with no problems at all!

Then suddenly I noticed that my AdSense would not work or show!!! After investigation I learned that if you own a Gambling Related Website (Poker, Casinos, Bingo & Betting etc) you are not allowed to place AdSense within your pages.......... Doing so will have you effectively slapped / banned from using Google AdSense whatsoever in the future.

I own several business related websites as well as my gambling portal and If I did not contact Google when I did, they (Google) was about to ban every website I have from using AdSense again now or in the future including not releasing my AdSense Earnings as Google Harshly informed me today.

GOOGLE ADSENSE IS NOT ALLOWED ON GAMBLING RELATED WEBSITES AND GOOGLE ARE EFFECTIVELY HUNTING FOR THOSE WHO ARE ABUSING THE TOSs

Please do not make the same mistake as me as I have clearly been lucky and Google informed me that I am a rare case to catch this issue in time!!! Google will keep your earnings and stop you from using AdSense on any website you may own (gambling / non-gambling)

I hope this saves some of you from a lot of hassle...........

The bigger question however, is why would a an affiliate gambling site use Google Adsense at all in the first place? How desperate for revenues would an affiliate need to be to load up a bunch of **** ads, that pay virtually nothing, which make a website look low-class and worthless, in the first place?

I highly advise affiliates NOT to put Google ads or any kind of banner ad bullshit on your websites. It makes them look like utter trash and costs you far more money in lost customers than it gains you in whatever terrible fees Google pays for Adsense these days.

Note the original post was from 2009, so only a little over 12 years old.

Agree though, G ads on a portal is not very logical on most cases.
