    I thought they had resolved the payment fiasco when they got everything back up to date. I've not had a payment since the one I got for March, which wasn't correct either. I still have a large outstanding amount with them and told them I can't send them traffic until I receive payment.

    How are the rest of you doing?

    Exactly the same situation, last payment March comms nothing since. I was even promised payment by the end of June.

    Vbet are now highly unreliable.

    Finally received all my outstanding payments. I got a couple on the last day of last month, and then to my surprise 3 arrived today - I did chase them up on Monday and asked if I could escallate the situation to the Finance Director, assuming they have one!

    Wel, things haven't improved at Vbet. After receiving my last payment in July, i've received nothing since. I'm owed 1000's. Promises of payment never materialise. I downgraded them on my site, but send them traffic so i don't get into a situation where they say i'm not marketting them to use an excuse to deny payments.

    If I had hair, I'd tear it out.

    If you hear loud shouting at LAC it will be me calling them out.

    We were paid up to the end of October 22 by the end of last year, the rest still outstanding. Took a lot of chasing to get that and removal from the sites for a while.

    I'd received my payments up to September, nothing last month as i was negative.

    I'm using Skrill, which requires me to "Withdraw" each month, but I now don't have to follow that up with an invoice as i did previously.

    I've only had two consecuive months when payments arrived when they should have, Although I did get a payment i wasn't expecting, so who knows what's going on?

    I'll see what happens for this month - I just think they are really bad at Admin and certainly haven't had the processes in place to make mass payments - i was told they had to hike the invoices around multiplie departments to get sign off - crazy! The systems have supposedly changed so lest wait and see! Not helped by my contacting leaving!

    Thanks for this. Yeah they have always been crap at paying on time but this time they are refusing to pay.

    They are saying that we need a new agreement to be paid despite the fact the old agreement had no end date. They only mentioned a new agreement in November but are saying they won't pay invoices back to July until a new agreement is in place, which is BS.

    Are they asking you to make a new agreement with them? They have said they are doing this with all affiliates but I think they are lying and just finding an excuse not to pay us.

    One month later there is still no agreement and they say it is 'with legal', but we know that it takes no time at all to issue these agreements so I am concerned they are about to try to screw us.

    They mumbled somthing about a signed agreement back in May 2023, I told them I didn't have one, but i did have a Skype transcript of the deal i negotiated with the Affiliate manager at the time. I sent them that and heard no more.

    They did send something out about invoicing them once a month, which i started to do, but then they told me not to as I have elected to be paid through Skrill and not Bank Account.

    I honestly don't think they know what they are doing.

    Same issues here. The longest drafting of a novation agreement in the history of the world. Have to hand it to them though... pretty innovative cash flow management tactic

    It's insane isn't it. They told me a new agreement was needed in October and it's still not fully done. One of the most frustrating programs I have ever worked with.

    I'm getting dribs and drabs. It appears you have to issue a withdrawal on the first day of the month and then the payment gets processed for the following month! I've received some but not all outstanding.

    Yeah we have been issuing invoices within the first 2 working days of the month as they stipulate but they still haven't paid us for 7 months. They have always been rubbish at paying so I didn't even question it until October and only then did they say we need a new agreement. That agreement took nearly 4 months to sort out.

    Hopefully with a new agreement in place we will get the outstanding comms next month. I will let you know, not holding my breath

    These guys have to be the worst operator with regards paying? Been chasing a really small amount since July and November 2023. They've done everything in their powers to mess around including making me sign a new KYC and now when I asked for the total amount they wouldn't give me it so I took the amount pending in my account, only for them to then reply 2 weeks later asking for a Euros invoice. Second time they've done this now - don't even promote them anymore it's just rev from an old rev share deal.

    We did eventually get paid 9 months late once we finally had a new agreement in place. It was even delayed by one month due to a single letter typo on the agreement.

    I think you will get paid if you persist but I agree it is one of the worst situations I have had, hours and hours chasing payments with this lot.

    I'm not expecting it to last, but i've been paid on time for the last two months. They are looking for increased exposure, so maybe that's the reason.

    Still waiting on them to sign a novation agreement. Taken best part of a year with payments sat waiting in their bank rather than ours

    Update: finally got the novation agreement signed and am now waiting on commission payments... let's see!
