VA will you please handle this? - HANDLED
Here's the deal:
On March 25, 2010 Vegas Affiliates sent me a wire transfer to my bank according to the details in my account - which were correct.
However, unbeknownst to me, my bank was sold and the name changed before the transfer was made.
The wire transfer was rejected and returned to VA.
Now, VA, I've been told that I must provide proof from my bank that they rejected this transfer and returned it to your payment processor.
The problem here is that the only way to get this proof is through filing paperwork through the Comptroller of the Currency!!
I am absolutely positive that your accounts must be reconciled monthly, and that you know these funds were returned over an above the balance that should be in your account.
My question is:
Why is VA refusing to make this payment to me when you already know that the funds were returned to you? I have the docs related to the transfer, so I'm sure you do also, and can verify these funds were returned.
Any payments made through other means that have been returned to you, have been arranged to be paid otherwise. Why not do this in my case?
