Exclamation URGENT: BAN your affiliate VERIFIEDCASINOS.COM For Serious Hacking! (proof)

    Hello Fortune affiliates,

I would like to bring to your attention the following:

One of your affiliates, with site verifiedcasinos dot com, has hacked millions of websites worldwide.

Kindly take a moment or two to read about this very serious case here: https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/forum/urgent-al...219035/p2.html

This thread will show you all the proof you need to see that this person indeed does not belong in our beloved industry.

He has hacked millions of non gambling sites, most of which carry your brand (among others) on them.

Please take a moment to read / investigate, then ban ALL of his accounts that he has within your organization.

If you would be so kind to confirm all of this on the thread above, we would be very appreciative of such actions taken.

    Thank you kindly,

    The antihacker.

How much time do you need?

Soon, I'll report all of it to law enforcement. Any program under investigation may be shut down during said investigation.

PS: Check out my signature message. If I could do all that, then what did you guys do. You DON'T need to search him, you KNOW him..
    Thank you!

Yeah.. Great. NEARLY One month later...

You should be rogued. (Or placed in the rusty old cola tin sponsor instead of platinum) (Clearly, good and ethical practice does not come with paying the platinum sponsor price, does it)
    Thank you!

    Hi Antihacker,

As stated, we wanted to provide feedback when we had fully investigated the matter.

Having done so we have determined that the affiliate in question is not responsible to Fortune Affiliates as he is a sub-affiliate to one of our affiliates. This affiliate owns a network which sub-affiliates sign up to.

We have notified the network of the matter and they are looking into it.

If you have any further queries regarding this, please contact us at [email protected]

    Best Regards,
    Fortune Affiliates

I'm confused. So the affiliate he signed up under isn't responsible for the actions of those they sign up?

Fortune Affiliates are coming off my sites effective immediately. I do not wish to be associated with anyone who directly or indirectly supports criminal activity.

    Dear "Fortune Affiliates",

On your Fortune Affiliate website's FAQ, I quote the following:

A second-tier affiliate is a webmaster that you have recruited to promote our casino, poker and bingo clients. Your second-tier affiliates will get paid the standard rate and, because you signed them up, you will receive a 2% commission on any earnings they generate. Signing up second-tier affiliates is easy: speak to your account manager to find out how.
If I am to understand your forum post correctly, are you claiming that Fortune Affiliates does not compensate this "hacker" directly?

I may not be wise to the ways of the World, but I strongly suspect that the only person compensating this individual for his Fortune Affiliates commission is the "first tier" affiliate who is receiving 2% on the activity the second tier hacker generates.

Said another way, I call bullshit.

    Kind Regards,

    Shay

Let me give you a small introduction to my replies here: I may come across a tat negative. It's not the case. It's not just 'negative'... I'm fuming. My blood is boiling of this whole matter. FYI (IF you care at all) I've lost 99% of my business due to this whole heap of hacker crap. Read that a few times, will you? I've not only lost a whole server, most of my sites but also 99% of my income. My fault for trying to clean our industry? Perhaps. At least I did stick out my neck for all of us. I don't think anyone (but the hacker) can blame me for this. I tried to do good. For the sake of all affiliates, the casinos and affiliate programs.

Reading answers like you give, thinking 'it will be ok if we just say this' - as this is how it comes across - and you are not the only program acting like that, - makes me get so beyond mad..

If you would have cared 0,0001% of how much I cared, you would have made 'work out of this' - and not just let it go and then come with this ludicrous explanation of yours.

As stated nearly a month ago!! Conveniently finished your investigation just today, am I right? Did that take you a full month?? You do work with computers, right? Not with Chinese counting machines, or as they call them 'an Abacus', right? I bet you would not have posted a single pixel if I did not post again in your forum here.

Let me first ask you this: Can you please specify what did your month long investigation looked like? Then, I would like to strongly advise you to BAN HIM. period. Or can't you ban a second tier?

How is he NOT responsible? Are you telling me, that once I sign up as second tier, I am free to do what i want?? Really??

You will allow him to promote your brands on millions of hacked sites? Okay, then eat the hot coals too this will bring to your brands once it goes to the press.

Solution? Cut him off!! Ban him. I don't care what tier he is.

And while you are at it, investigate your affiliate who has a network in which he lets other people sign up for your program.

What Network? Please state it here. And, contacting them? How? By sending him a post pigeon? Send him a letter by horse and carriage? Or, do you think this will take less than a month? You may feel you do not need to proof anything, I feel that is slightly different right now. Not to me, as I was not / will not be working with you, but to all others who read your message. Meaning CURRENT affiliates and the potential new ones included.

Do you really think you can state this, without any proof? Sure, you can. However, in my humble opinion I believe it is in your best interest to get rid of the affiliate if you want to keep most of them who ARE ethical. And, if you do not want any bad press going out about all of this.

For what? You tell me just how many emails HAVE been sent and left unanswered. Not just mine either. And, looking at some other threads in your forum, more people are wondering just why no one is answering their emails etc..

Anyways, it seems you are / will be losing affiliates over this. So will other affiliate programs who refuse to ban him. This whole case is going to be blown up pretty soon I've been notified. The whole case is going to be made famous on a large scale I was informed just yesterday. A whole lot of bad press is going to go out soon..

Not just about the affiliate program this time, but aimed at ALL casinos being promoted by this hacker. Perhaps you will listen to them, once they will stop working with you.

Bottom line: I know of no gambler that will gamble in casinos working with criminals. If it is in the press, for 99% of all people who get to read it, that means its the truth. 100% of those people always act on the truth. Meaning what? Indeed. They'll avoid casinos being mentioned in those press releases.

All of this to protect one hacker.

If all I am saying is rubbish, come with some substantial proof then. But stop hiding behind the 'platinum sponsor' wall. It is clear that this only means you pay more than the others. It does by no way mean you are performing on a platinum level, it means you simply have a (paid for) green card here.

Again, I urge you to ban this person asap. Don't tell me you can't. Cause you can. Period.

I would also like to know how you would react if one person is known to be stealing from you. Would you act the same? No you won't! This time, this hacker is stealing from all of us affiliates.

But as usual: We ARE replaceable. We are nothing. This is clearly how it is.

    Thank you.

I wondered the same. I sign up under that 'network' and have a green card to do whatever the hell I want. Party time!! Who cares about ethics if you are untouchable like this...

I am not a criminal... I am not a hacker, I am a second tier!! The movie 'untouchables' should be titled 'the second tiers' - gee!

It is not the person who he signed up under who is responsible, it is the hacker HIMSELF who is responsible, and, the affiliate program should ban him. Trash him like the cockroach he is.
    Thank you!

    With other words: Meaningless...

So the sub-affiliate signed up under a current affiliate NOT Fortune Affiliates?

If the hacker signed up to Fortune Affiliates, he had to agree to fortune's T.O.S. regardless of who the parent affiliate is.

If you allow affiliates to sign up sub-affiliates, and not agree to the terms of service, then the "parent affiliate" is responsible for any and all traffic that is sent to Fortune Affiliates properties.

So could you please clarify for everyone, who is responsible for the traffic and for following your terms, the affiliate sending the traffic or the affiliate that signs up the sub-affiliate?

    Hi All,

Our previous post seems to have left room for misinterpretation and for that we apologize. We would like to clarify that Fortune Affiliate does not condone nor accept criminal behavior.

We are not shying away from responsibility in this matter. We have been dealing with the affiliate network and have asked them to have their sub-affiliate remove all Fortune Affiliate brands from his site. He has assured us that this will be done.

We ask you to please be patient as we do not have direct control of this site.

    Best Regards,

By affiliate network, do you mean they are a sub-affiliate of yours? Or do you mean they have signed up at an affiliate network such as Reef Media?

But, you won't ban him.. Just pause.

Someone here should set up a 'network' then I sign up under that network with your brands and spam the crap out of it. Don't blame me, I'm not responsible... Right? Or is that just silly...

Not banning him AND his whole operation is what I call beyond silly.

    Perhaps I am stupid.
