Unrealistic Negative balance of $61,000 from a single player without any bet amount

So a player won $61,213.21 out of nowhere which is very unrealistic. Because of this single player more than $15000 is subtracted in a single day which has never happened in the history of my account which I have since 2021. This looks fabricated because there is no way a player from Pakistan could win that huge sume of money in a single go out of thin air. Smells really fishy.

My livlihood depends on 1xbet partner because it is my sole source of income.

This is making me suicidal because now my expenses are so much and there is nothing I can do to meet my expenses now because -15,000 would take ages to become positive until I start earning from this platform again. There is nothing else I can do to meet my expenses because I have no job or anything.

I have been referring thousands of players to 1xbet through my informtive video on youtuve which has got more than 700,000 views so far and still getting a lot of new players everyday. I would highly appreciate it if you could look into this anomaly because what this particular player has won today is totally unrealistic given that his total bet amount is zero. I haven't gotten any response of my email regarding this. Please look into this.

Players can and in fact do win.
Does your video tell visitors they can win?

Have you tried talking to the affiliate management about the possibility of "ring fencing" this specific player? Not sure they offer that, but it certainly is a discussion worth investigating.

Well this month I have a player who is up $49K (Casino)
He won $10K then $29K and then $48K over three days then lost approx $30K over 5 days.

It's not fishy, it's not fraud, it's online gambling based on random numbers.

I had a player win $250k one time. I've had loads of players win lower six figures over the years. $61k is not so much - though I understand why you feel the way you do. This does happen and it is part of this business that you have to accept. That said, decent affiliate programs may remove the player from you entirely - I had this happen one time. Or 'ring-fence' the guy as Universal has stated - I think you should suggest this to them. Do not start accusing the program of fraud - that will massively discourage them to help you. Discuss with them sensibly to start. It is surprising how often the player gives it back - and often quickly. You think it is an amount that will take forever and within 10 days it has recovered. Don't panic. Don't always assume it is fraud (though it might be). Players do not always lose - it is a two-way street and big wins happen. Hold your nerve. If you can't do that, at least to some extent, then maybe rethink this as a business for you - but that would be a shame because it sounds like you are doing really well. Referring players is what this is all about - if you can do that consistently then you will make serious money. Don't expect them to reply at a weekend!

Did you contact 1xbet partners (affiliate program)? I had a similar experience. I contact my affiliate manager to solve the issue.

It's not unheard of and you have to realise, that it's all part of betting and gambling. You've got a serious whale who seems to have a lot of money to deposit and gamble away...

I do understand that it's all part and parcel of the game but still, it's a huge amount. I have been referring players for the last three years. The most a player has won at a time was hardly past $5,000 mark and that too they'd lose in a week or so if not a couple of days but I never in a million years expected this.

So far I've been waiting for a reply from the affiliate manger which I hope I get this week because it's killing me.

If you are putting all of your eggs in one basket with one aff program then you are always at risk of something like this happening. It is a big win but not a massive win and not unexpected when you have been working with a program for 3+ years. Also consider that the player might drop a lot of those winnings back over the coming months.

If you are sending a lot of active accounts talk to them about ring fencing the account with the big win as others have suggested. This way it will allow you to keep earning from your base. If you are sending them enough accounts they will likely be open to this. We have had accounts like this ring fenced with other programs in the past.

This is vital. It does sound like you only promote one operator. Hopefully that impression is wrong. If all traffic is going to one firm, it will end in tears: Not just because of big wins but because firms will shaft you and steal your players or go bust - usually the former. Spread the love.

A single player winning that amount is unlikely, but not impossible. I know it's a desperate situation, but try contacting your affiliate manager to ask for more information and, as Rick suggested, ring-fencing that player. Without insults or accusations, it's a business relationship, and as long as they make money with you and it benefits them, they will be open to reaching an agreement.

Having said that, you do have a job; this is your job. Use this experience to understand the urgency of diversifying your income. Many programs close overnight, a lot of things happen, and it's risky to depend solely on one program.

It's clear that you know how to do your job. Use what you have already learned to work with more programs and create your safety net so that this doesn't happen again, and if it does, you have more room to maneuver.

Hi Ashley, I received a reply and I was told that cooperation with that player has ceased, they will recalculate the amount and it will take some time. I received that email on 28th May 2024. So far I'm waiting for the recalculation.
