Twitter and Converting Followers to Customer

Hi Everyone,

I have been acquiring a number of followers on Twitter, and wanted to reach out to the community to see what peoples thoughts / experiences were in relation to taking your followers and turning them into depositing players.

Good luck! If you find the secret recipe be sure to share. In others words, I have not had any luck turning Twitter followers into depositing players. I have never had a big following on Twitter but I always though if you "talked" a particular casino up or posted a nice bonus for a casino my followers may not be signed up at I would convert a few, but no luck. It seems like it should work....

Anyway, Hope you have better luck than I did. One problem I may have had is I actually think a lot of my followers were other webmasters....

Hi

For me personally, all i use it Twitter.

I do post tweets throughout the day, but i try and redirect as many people as possible to my website to grab as many email addresses as possible by offering something for free.

This way allows you to promote bookmakers or other offers directly to them as many times as you need until they unusbscribe.

My advice is not to spam them though, all emails need to be relevant to what they have signed up for, and then you should find you would get a decent conversion rate.

Always struggled to convert on twitter myself, the 'tweet activity' stats are a bit of an eye-opener if you review them after sending out a tweet - the engagement numbers as a proportion of overall followers is tiny I find. Depends how you attack it I suppose, some accounts just relentlessly send out offers which has got to be spammy although if that's what their followers want then perhaps it works for them.

If you get anywhere close to 0.5% conversion rate on twitter you are doing very well, without utilising Twitter ads you are always going to struggle. Twitter has so many bots clicking all the time you can't tell if the clicks are real or not.

OH you can tell alright ... if you look you will see how few people engage in twitter conversations.

A huge number of bots / fake accounts ...
and even with the real people everyone wants to talk - no-one wants to read.

If you buy into twitter programs it starts to work
