ToPlayAffiliates - Quick Introduction

Here’s a little information about the affiliate programme ToPlayAffiliates, our main markets & the brand Lucky247 Casino.

Firstly, ToPlayAffiliates is a relatively new affiliate programme officially launched this month on the NetRefer platform. ToPlayAffiliates is the affiliate programme of Lucky247 Casino which is a new Microgaming operator. It offers the instant play (no download) client for online play & mobile play on platforms HTML5, Android, Web-Apps & J2ME. ToPlayAffiliates offers new affiliates 50% net revenue for 3 months, which reverts back to a revenue based structure:

ToPlayAffiliates has no negative carryover (although there is a high roller policy in place to ring-fence certain players in certain situations) with a monthly payment cycle taking place in the first week of every month.

A little background ?Lucky247 Casino launched in October of last year on the Microgaming platform with the Instant Play 1-Click online version. The site was launched in (and currently supports in) English and currently the main markets are the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Sweden, and Switzerland.

Lucky247 is positioned as a ‘mobile-centric?casino. The Lucky247 site will detect the device of the visitor and direct them to the correct platform, we have a fully integrated CRM that will interact with the user on their mobile and PC, an easy registration & deposit process from all devices, and cross-platform play allowing the user to login to their account from any device to play.

The affiliate programme went into beta stage at about the same time as Lucky247 Casino launched (on the NetRefer platform), the decision was made to make the programme invitation only until the promotions, player experience, retention and conversion rates were optimized and brought to a level we were completely happy with.

Thanks to all the affiliates that worked with us during this period.

Originally the casino offered a 20 no deposit bonus to all registered players, which allowed us to throw a lot of players at the system and ensure it functioned correctly.

We’ve now split the offer based on registration platform, with online players receiving 50 Free spins on the Gold Factory game (must deposit to be eligible) and a 3 tier deposit bonus (100% up to 250 on 1st deposit, 25% up to 150 on 2nd, 50% up to 100 on 3rd). The mobile platforms offer a no deposit bonus of 7.77 ?this has dramatically changed the conversion rates we’re seeing from registration to deposit (which was already good due to the strong gaming platform Microgaming provide).

As the affiliate you can either take a user to the online or mobile version of the casino. For the online version there are multiple entry points - home page, onto a game page so the user is a registration page away from directly playing, or one of our slickly designed landing pages.

For the ‘PC for Mobile? where the user will insert their phone number on the site and instantly receive a text message with the download link ?again this has been optimized to allow the user to click on the link and the system will automatically detect their handset and send the correct version. For users that visit the site from a mobile device or tablet the system will recognize their device and send them to the mobile site (lucky247.mobi), with tablets receiving the HTML5 version of the casino.

As this is a new operation with a fresh database, this presents a great opportunity to promote the casino to players who love the games available on the Microgaming platform, without worrying about them already having an account.

Hi gloriaecho,

I'm currently in Amsterdam at the affiliate convention (I flew out on Sunday) so haven't had a chance to get back to you on this.

I have to apologize again - although we did everything in our power to expedite the process, we had some technical issues at the start of this month which delayed the payment cycle by a week.

On the ToPlayAffiliates site we've conservatively stated the 15th of every month as the latest payment date for situations like these where factors outside of our control delay the process, but our aim is to get all payments made by the 5th of every month.

This is something we think is really important but may take us a month or two to get right by streamlining our internal process - and ensure to the best of our ability that there aren't technical issues at that critical time of the month: by next month we should conservatively have everything completed by the 8th.

The finance team have been working diligently all week to get the payments out and the process is now completed, except for one payment which we require an alternate method of payment from the affiliate.
