    There's a thread in the unethical behavior section of GPWA that discusses a person/people hacking (illegally accessing) websites and placing gambling affiliate advertising on them. You can read the entire thread about the hacking here (the thread is quite lengthy).

    Here's the post that shows proof that the hacker in question has an affiliate account with your program.
