Stats not updating?

Have LeoVegas stats updated the last few days?

Last update here was 21.08.

No communication from Leo Vegas.

They should update very soon for us. I know that betting partners update their stats every few days or so.

No LeoVegas stats updates since 23rd for me. Would it kill them to tell their affiliates what is happening?

Hi Scampi,

My apologies for the delayed reply as I was on a few days leave and am the only one in the team who receives the GWPA notifications.

Unfortunately we, like other brands have the occasional issues with Netrefer. For now, the stats have been manually updated by Netrefer and we together are working on a long term solution.

You should be able to see correct data on log in and this is to be updated/ refreshed before 10am each day.

Please do let us know if you come across any further issues.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but are doing our best to find a permanent solution ASAP.
