Stats Down??

Anyone else getting any issues? The first day or two I remember seeing updates however now it is just at ?.00 and has been for nearly a week. Last months commission does show on the dashboard but also not unable to check any reports at all from any month. I would email Coral but they don't seem to reply anymore unless someone has a direct contact?

Stats will be working by tomorrow morning from what I understand.

Thanks Shay, I was a little worried as I didn't send the documentation they requested until a few days ago. I thought they may have frozen my account.

I suspect that one has to do with the other to be honest. There's also another thread which claims that the cookie is not being dropped at the moment and has not been since the stats were "zero'd" out. The program has claimed that all stats issues will be resolved by tomorrow.

I haven't sent any documentation mind you because I have not been asked to. I did actually email them about this because I was concerned however did not get a response.

This is a weird one. Some people received emails asking for documentation specifically. Others received an email and it was hinted at.

Our "documentation email" came in the form of an introduction letter from the affiliate manager. In it, she asked for us to send our corporate info and any signed agreements we had in place. This is different from "we need you to sign all three agreements in the event that you have not signed an agreement for any of the brands" but I suspect that is what she meant.

Then, almost immediately after she sends the email, she goes on holiday.

It does seem to be only selected people have received the requests but yes very strange indeed.
