Now stats are all zero'd out for March.
Roulette Zeitung (29 September 2016)
Stats are now updated for March - but the activity appears very light for 31 March. Additionally, we're still missing players as detailed here.
Roulette Zeitung (29 September 2016)
Stats are back and commission is currently showing at ?400 less than previously showed. Losing all patience with Coral. They improved this program and now it is going downhill badly with all their stats and referral problems. The 'duplicate suppression software' seems to be suppressing plenty of other things. Let's see if stats ever correct themselves or stay in rip off mode (you know you will never get a response from their affiliate manager to anything that actually matters).

The month end reconciliation data has now been uploaded by Income Access and the stats visible should be correct.
The reconciliation process allows us to make sure we get the right data in place before we calculate and make payments. For example, if a bet has been incorrectly settled by Traders it would impact the individual player balance and the affiliate's revenues. When that settlement error is spotted and corrected the Income Access software would not update to reflect the correction. However, the reconciliation report at the end of the month would address this as it uploads an entire month's worth of data in one go.
We do filter out duplicate player accounts from the daily files sent to incomes access. If we find that this filtering has been done incorrectly on a certain day we can regenerate those days again and send the files to income access.
Anthony, thank you for at last addressing these issues. Transparency is key. Shame the reconciliation report yesterday removed ?370 of commissions from what was showing as our total commission. It doesn't help confidence in the system as this sort of thing does not happen with other firms. Somehow I doubt the reconciliation report will ever add commission to anyone's account.

I had a suspicion the depositing player count was down by two but I couldn't swear to it. Certainly the raw sign-ups were the same. I only made a note of the commission amounts, which I had seen drop substantially last month too.
I reckon if you are seeing sign-ups disappear during the month then the 'daily' duplicate suppression software must surely be to blame. Now we have confirmation of a month end 'reconciliation report' further decimating commissions.
Such a shame they are "filtering" (or whatever word you might like to use for this manipulation) the stats so much as Coral used to be a good firm to promote.

Player data seems to be missing this morning.

Player stats are now updated - but the player data appears a bit light (to me). Please tell me this is not the beginning of another round with that god awful filter that nearly had me drop your program.
Roulette Zeitung (29 September 2016)
Hi Shay,
we are verifying this with Income Access, however, they are going top do a full import with the reg files and sales files for the 29th again to ensure that data is 100% correct for that day, so you may see a bit of change again to ensure the accuracy.
Payments will be generated later this week, so we will be running additional checks on the whole of June before anything is credited.
As always, if you do have any concerns feel free to raise on here, or email/skype.
Kind regards,
Sarah

Without going into details, I have raised an issue with my AM about a player who has gone missing after betting every day this year (every day!). I do wonder if there is another problem with players being left out of the data, which did happen a month or two ago and was corrected with an additional payment afterwards.

Hi Justbookies,
As you have said your AM has looked into this and has got back to you on this, there is no problems with this player he has just not played in a couple of days. No players have been left out.
Roulette Zeitung (29 September 2016)
As discussed the player hasnt played in the last couple of days, which is why you havent seen him on the report. His account is still open and live, although is possible that he has logged in to view stats, withdraw funds, and not actually play. As said, we will be keeping an eye on this due to past issues but there is no reason to believe that there is a problem here now.
I didn't want to get into this in public (only to let Shay know he is not the only one with recent concerns), but you have answered specifically about my current query, so here is a specific question: You can categorically tell me, having checked the player's account, that this player did not make any form of wager yesterday?
Roulette Zeitung (29 September 2016)
I cant go into that level of detail about what players have and have not done, just to tell you that your issue has been resolved and was resolved a while back and is nothing connected to the delay with Income Access stats today. The two are very much separate
Ok, so my issue is not resolved. All I know is he logged in yesterday and doesnt appear in the stats, a guy who bets every day of the year until about five days ago. Happens to be the largest player on my account by a mile. If you answered my question then you could have resolved the issue.
