Same here, 1st November still to be updated and has been running a day behind for a while now. Betfred also outstanding for yesterday's stats, although that has been updating quite late in the day recently. Both are IA although could be for entirely different reasons I guess.

Recently, the stats have appeared to be on the "every other day" plan. One day, they appear to update when and how they should, and the next day they are slow and/or soiled.
Looking further, it appears that they are on an opposite schedule to the Gala stats. On the days Gala properly updates, Coral is soiled... Then, the next day Gala is delayed/soiled and Coral updates.
How long are these updating issues expected to last?
edit: Today, there is player activity showing but nothing translating to the revenue columns or new player columns for player report and earnings report.

Thanks as always for the input Shay,
I'm not aware of any processes that would make data updates alternate between Gala and Coral, beyond a simple coincidence. Although under the same group ownership we have separate tech teams and separate deals with Income Access.
That said, you raise a fair point about the consistency of recent data updates at Coral and its one that I'm aware of. I'm currently working this through with our own data team and that at Income Access to get to the bottom at what is causing these repeated delays.
I'm confident it will all be resolved soon but don;t hesitate to give me a shout if anyone wants to raise any concerns.

Is there a timetable for the resolution on the stats issues? We're going on a month now and stats are still more or less a day behind (meaning Saturday stats are pushed out on Monday, Sunday on Tuesday, etc). This applies to both Gala and Coral.

Yep, same here as well

The real issue for the brands concerned is when the reporting delays impact our marketing decisions. For instance, I can't see if the messages I pushed out yesterday about Coral's Phil Taylor 10/1 offer produced any new business so I could be making a mistake by either focussing on it again today/not as the case may be.

Thanks for all the comments and also your patience.
Appreciate that there have been a few minor delays in previous weeks and then more serious delays over the past few days and we're very focussed on fixing them. The most frequent cause of the previous minor delays is when one of our software product providers is delayed in their data feed into us which impacts us getting our affiliate data out to IA.
Earlier this week we had an update to our OpenBet sports book platform and this has affected the data feed creation for the affiliate system. I can query our main data and view individual player accounts and see the individual affiliate tracking on each so I know that BTAG's are being registered. What I can't do at the moment is get these files generated in the format for IA to be able to upload and display. That being said, it does seem that we've been able to 'catch up' on the few previous days that we were missing and we now have to get data for the 17th into the system.
I know it really messes things up for you guys when you can't monitor stats and it has the same affect on us so we are hugely motivated to get it fixed as well.
We'll keep trying our best to get this sorted and thanks once again for your patience.

not trying to dig you out here Ant, you know Im a straight shooter, just trying to sum it up in my head, is it an openbet issue, coral or Income access?
Roulette Zeitung (29 September 2016)
No, its a fair question, I'd say what we're working on right now that has been dragging over the last few days is our problem.

New set of stats problems for the last two days.

To me, it looks like they started the upload, then the upload cut out midway through and/or soiled. Click data disappeared and now says zero (which is not the case). There is some player activity and some revenue showing, but I strongly suspect there was only a partial update run successfully on that day.

Checking the system data for the 8th now, from a programme-wide level it looks fine and totals are within expectation so going to pick out a few random accounts and look closer for any indications. @Shay if you want to have another look at data for the 8th and let me know any problems you see either here, via email or PM then I'll look at that for you - same applies to anyone who has a concern.
On a wider note, I know that you'll all find the stop-start nature of Coral data uploads lately really frustrating but we are pushing to get the process sorted out and make it less likely to fall over mid-upload.

Anthony - brief explanation sent via PM. Thanks for looking into it.
