stats down

I'm trying to log into my affiliate account this morning. I get the following error message :

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0e78'
Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.
/includes/public_language_functions.asp, line 234

Anyone else getting the same/similar message? Is this a "known" or "Expected" error?

Also getting an error when trying to log into my Gala affiliate account.

All seems in order now in that I'm able to log in to both Gala and Coral. Nothing is updated for yesterday at the moment beyond clicks. Pretty sure this is resolved or at least well on its way to resolution.

Fully updated for me now, all my Income Access accounts seemed to have issues earlier but most now 100%

Both are now seemingly updated for me as well now.

Thanks for the posts gentlemen, I was unable to check the site this weekend but pleased to hear it is now updated. From what you report it sounds to me consistent with a problem at the IA end and I'll be raising it with them today just to make sure it was just a temporary issue.

Did any of you notice issues with any other IA brands?

Stan James were producing a similar error for me to that quoted by Shay above, Betfred (activewins) was just hanging yesterday morning. Both seem fine now

The login issues were only at Gala and Coral yesterday (as far as I was aware).

Coral and Gala stats have both been delayed recently. This morning when "Sunday activity" is generally reported, the stats for Saturday were updated. On Sunday, Friday was updated... This has been going on for the majority of the week off and on for both brands. Can this issue be resolved so that the stats are updating when they're supposed to for the day prior's activity?

Now Coral seems caught up and updated. Gala updated for "yesterday" this morning, but Sunday activity is not updated...

Not worried if they are slow to update, more important is if they are actually tracking all referrals.

Obviously ensuring they are tracking all referrals is more important. Ensuring that it happening is far easier (for me) when things update in a predictable manner.

With all kinds of changes on our horizon - (penguin updates, new uk laws/tax coming into play as a few examples), it is extremely important (to me) that all things are working "as they should", as I prefer to uncover issues sooner rather than later and quite often, the issues I find are not small, simple issues. Thus, timely, predictable, accurate updates in stats are necessary (for me).

I can go along with that statement - and that's when the issues get brushed under the carpet and affiliates end up knocking their heads against hastily erected brick walls.

Is anyone still having issues with the stats, I do not mean a login issue, but a lagging issue. The stats keep seem to be lagging by a day, and have done most of October.

mine haven't been updating till the day after they should
