    Default Somebody from moneybookers available?

    I have the following problem: I was supposed to receive a payment from an affiliate program - they said that they sent it - (even gave me moneybookers transaction number) but I never received it..
    I left them ticket in their email support system - one month is gone and still nothing...
    I wrote to Rossen (because I have his mail) and nothing..
    My point is what should I do to get somebody from Moneybookers spend 2 mins and check what happened with my missing payment?

    I would like to add that thanks to Rossen, finally, I managed to clarify this issue with the affiliate program. As expected, it was a spelling mistake from the person who sent the money..
