Sign ups not tracked

Hi there,

last month I have sent an email to Jason about weird stats coming from RB and GF and did not get answer so i am going to try get an answer this way.
SS has a problem with tracking clicks which has been fixed but this time the problem is with sign ups and maybe with FTD stats if there are any depositors.

June RB - 6 sign ups - 10 unique sessions
can you please describe this?

This month i have signed up two test accounts from my RB and GF tracking links, and still no sign ups showing up?!

I'd also like to know if there are any issues with the stats.

Could it be that the signup may have visited the casino property previously and since the cookie is not over-writeable a different affiliate got credit for the signup?

I also question what happens with a direct type-in.

Let's say you visit the casino and don't sign up, you visit later "via an affiliate link" well the cookie for direct type-in would have already been set, so affiliate doesn't get credit.

As a reminder, when testing links for signups. cookies need to be cleared, or you can always log in to a different account on the computrer that has never visited the site being tested. Then always refer to the cookie terms to make sure the test results match what the cookie terms follow.

Tnx Rick, i have checked and GF cookie has my affid (cookie name is gAID and it has my id) so there are no issues with cookies in this case.

How are your stats looking guys? My stats become suspicious once they have raised my commision to 40%.

Hope you are all well.

This is the first Time we are hearing about these sorts of issues from affiliates and will be glad to look into this if you feel something inst right. Jason would never avoid any emails and i am sure he will respond soon.

if you can provide me your AFF iD I would be glad to test and show you these results.

SweetBet I am in the process of testing your account for you too and will send you the results today to show you that the tracking on site is working 100%

Mooonkey, please would you be so kind and confirm the email addy which you used to mail me as well as your usernames for all the brands? We did have an issue with SS not recording clicks but that issue was resolved. I can assure you 100% that it will have nothing to do with that fact that we bumped you up to 40%, in the event of something being out of place, we will investigate and do the neccessary to rectify and resolve the issue.

I have tested all Links off your sites and sent you the results all tracked 100% please check your emails.

I did 2 accounts both tracked to your account.

I also did a before and after report to show you the stats had indeed updated .

Please check your email for these results I hope this put your mind at ease .
