Rome Partners Has Not Paid Me

Hey Friends,
I have not been paid for the past 3 or so months from Rome. The amount is over $1,000.00 and I sure could use the money. I have spoke with Jodi IM and she assures me I will get paid sometime in the future, but she does not know when. If anyone can help me get the money owed me from Rome I would grately appreciate it.

I think it's time for Rome Casino to be rogued. This can't keep going on.
Obviously there struggling to pay people, They shouldn't be in business.

Hey guys. Just thought I would let you guys know that I am pretty sure they are very close to paying. I had a situation with them that was posted on this forum and we had to come to a cash settlement on it. They did in fact pay me the first part of the money on around the 5th of this month and they said that they would be paying the rest of it to me in two weeks. That is Monday, so I think their money situation is almost handled. I have not been paid in 3 months for my regular earnings, but they are also supposed to be paid right around the same time they said. I will be looking to be paid this coming week like they said I would for the other half of our agreement, and I would think that most affiliates probably will as well. Just wanted to let everyone know, their money situation is almost solved at Rome and they have told me that I will be paid this week. We shall see I guess.

where the Rome Rep made a reply to Bryan about this very issue. I hate to hear you have not been paid by them yet though. I hope you get your money soon Allan

I hope you are all pulling them or you are not to swift to keep them on your site when month after month same crap is posted.There are plenty of good programs out there to push who have no issues paying on time.

Hi Allan,

Actually the amount owed is just shy of $2000.

I have spoken to my supervisors and it seems you are to be paid in a few days time (meaning we will send the wire before the week is out).

I understand the frustration you guys are feeling, but let me assure you that we are going to pay each and every debt, and then go from there to a normal schedule, we want more than anything to put an end to this awful delay.

I'm sorry but these are the kind of responses that are detrimental to this process, we are trying to make good on the delay we had, and we've explained why and our problems with the processor, not to mention we have paid most of the affiliates already. These kinds of 'just shoot them' responses aren't helping us pay faster and are in fact only harming the process.

The best way to get over such problems is by dialogue, and I don't think that is a dialogue, that's just inflammation.

Thank you very much for responding here and I beleive I will get paid this week. Jodi contacted me by aol chat earlier today and updated me that I was going to get paid. Jodi has always been nice to chat with I must say. I look forward to receiving my wire payment later this week.

Noah, do these replies really shock you? Lets be honest here, you are late not by a noth but by 3 in some cases. Do you honestly expect affiliates to remain patient when the same excuse is used repeatedly?

A comapny that opens a online casino should have the capitol to cover such expenses and should have funds set aside for exactly a situation such as this. Rome Casio failed to do so and due to that you have damaged your reputation substantially.

I will say it was admirable of you to state the amount owed to Captain was closer to $2K but still further delays just are not acceptable.

It is just one thing after another with Rome. It ruins it for all the other Top Game operators too.

Here is another scary story from a player who was sent a fraudulent check by Rome and the trouble that s/he had at the bank.

If you look at this player you may see what kind of person we're talking about here, she has been threatening us with CM posts every step of her way with us. We've had ZERO problems with this check provider, if we were sending bad checks, don't you think she wouldn't be the only one?

I know its popular to come down on us right now, god knows we've had our problems, but its hard to function when every accusation is taken as face value, even when it comes from such an unreliable source.

Look I understand what you are saying. Of course we were in the wrong, but I think you are purposefully ignoring our reasons giving and assuming we are lying. We're not, we really lost a big chunk of money to that processor, and if you know how processors work , you know we can't get all that cash back in one go and pay everyone at once. We still need to play players, we still need to keep our business working, while at the same time pay the affiliates owed as fast as we can. We have been working non-stop to generate the cash lost to that processor so we can pay up, and have started doing so already. What I said wasn't a personal attack on you, and if it seemed so I do apologize, but I do think that calling for the destruction of our business, or making it rogue, is not helping the process, it would make more sense to talk about it then just make such statements. That said it is of course your right and I will not comment any further against your posts, whatever their tone may be, and only respond to the issue at hand.

I've just read your post over on CM and have replied. I think it would make perfect sense to email Bryan Bailey the chat transcript. As I know Bryan does not like players threatening casinos with the casinomeister forum.

I find it strange though that a player would come up with this tale though....

I wouldn't say it's "popular" to come down on you. What I said was that it is always something with Rome. I think it's fair to say we are all tired of the numerous thread complaints.

In this case you are saying that the OP threatened you with CM to get bonuses and made up this whole story? That would be incredible. I would agree with Webz that sending the chat to Bryan could immediatly help the situation. Until then it is all speculation on the readers part. But the truth is in there somewhere. The player states she has still not been paid.

Hopefully Rome can do a 180 and turn everything around and we'll see some positive threads.

Of course she hasn't been paid, she wanted a wire, we just sent it yesterday.

The irony here is that she also posted at CM yesterday. Not saying that's why you sent the wire, just more speculation.
