    Default RESOLVED - Withdrawal problem

    Hi,

I have a big withdrawal problem, here, at bet-at-home.

I don't promote bet-at-home too much on my websites but for a few links i made more than 700 EUR last month. After i got the payment into my player account the nightmare begun.

I was urged to send an ID scan, and after i sent it i thought i could withdraw the money safe and without problems. But that was not the case.

I got another 3 or 4 mails from the Bet-at-Home team with the following questions:
Why your e-mail address has another name on it? (nothing to do with my affiliate or betting account)
Why your affiliate account is registered on another name (The affiliate account is registered on the company administrator name)

The e-mails kept on going without any reasons what so ever, except the only valid reason that BAH doesn't want to pay me.

I think this is very lame because i'm not involved in any bonus promotions and i haven't won a single cent at bet-at-home.

It would be great if a bet-at-home represenattive could have a look on this.
My player account is: 13003425 and the affiliate account: warrior

    Thanks a lot!

Damn never even knew Bet-at-home were on here.

I had the same issue with Intertops, i contacted the affiliate side and explained it with them who in turn resolved it with the sportsbook side.

Hopefully the affiliate side will step in here and resolve this

Another reason why affiliate earnings should never be paid in to players accounts.

If Bet-at-home do not respond, contact Anthony or Steve and ask them to contact bet-at-home for you to let them know about this thread.

Thanks a lot for your answer & help.

What worries me the most is the arrogance with which the sportbooks treats the clients. They don't even sign the e-mails sent not to mention that the messages have a very totalitarian side. (you do this or you're out)

    Hi gabriel12,

Thank you for your feedback. First of all we want to assure you that it was never our intention to prevent the payout of an honestly earned commission to any of our affiliates.

In regards to your case, the affiliate department has authorized and approved your payout. Shortly after, the accounting department has credited the betting account with your commission. It is standard procedure that every withdrawal from a betting account has to be verified by the fraud department.

    The situation was as follows:

Your affiliate account is registered under Alexandru M.*** while the betting account is registered under Gabriela B.*** with the e-mail address alexandru.m***@***.com. This is the reason why our fraud department has decided to look into this request. This security measure is in the interest of both bet-at-home.com as well as the concerned affiliate.

According to our information, the fraud department asked for a short explanation regarding the identity of Gabriela B.*** and requested a copy of her ID. Kindly note, that this is a standard procedure of bet-at-home.com which has nothing to do with the affiliate payment process.

Furthermore, there was never a threat that your commission will not be paid. In addition, it is necessary that you request a new withdrawal, since the requested amount is not available in your betting account at the moment. I will personally make sure that you receive your commission as soon as possible.

We have never put your commission payout in question and we are truly disappointed with your anti-bet-at-home.com campaign on your website. Your claim is not related to the affiliate payment process itself and thus not justified.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me direct. We are always here for you and give our best to handle every query as soon as practicable.

I think a direct dialogue is always better than a public discussion. Please feel free to contact me or our Romanian affiliate support team ([email protected]) in case of any inconvenience.

We take every query very seriously. I think, you can see it here in the forum quite well.

We hope for your understanding and thank you for your patience.

Thank you for your answer Barbara.

I have submitted the withdrawal again, 2 times since i've red your message but every time the amount of money was put back into my account, with withrawals in progress showing 0(zero).

I also think that a private dialogue is the best way to solve this kind of situations, but when you answer all questions, submit ID cards and you don't get even a Thank you message back the situations changes.

    Hello gabriel12!

Unfortunately we are not able to influence the issue that you have described.

Please be informed that the amount of the commission will stay in the betting account as long it is verified. Nevertheless I took care of your request as I promised and I confirm that your payment has been sent at 4:10 pm.
I apologize that the issue included some troubles for you but now everything is clarified and I hope there is no more reason for your anti-bet-at-home.com campaign on your website.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or the Romanian affiliate team and we will handle your query as soon as possible

    Best regards

I got the payment, thank you for your help.

I don't know why this happens but every time it seems like the people involved in the affiliate section of a sportsbook are far more prepared to solve problems than the team that handles player problems.

Thanks again Barbara, Anthony and Betpartners for all your help in this matter.
