Resolved - Merge /Skrill technical issue.

Hi guys,

Lat week i tried to do a cash out for my affiliate earnings. Usually its fast and done in a day or so. They usually pay when Carbon does like clock work.

Well last week I did a small cash out via player account (aff earnings). Nothing came!

I emailed support and they first said takes 3-5 business days. Ok cool I waited. Nothing came so i got concerned since were talking MERGE here.

Emailed again - this time i was told it would happen "today or tomorrow" ok great felt better and figured just a slow month.

Never came: So i emailed again. This time expressing concern there may be a more cynical problem and just wanted a clear answer if there were issues - got a reply back that they would forward my issue and it will take 24-48 hours.

Emailed again: Asking where cashout was and got this today.

I am just wondering what the problem is since its a simple Moneybookers cashout request for a small amount.

Would appreciate an update and hope nothing is wrong. Please advise!

I always am just a little concerned when it comes to Merge as i know they are having real severe cash out issues. I guess after emailing back and forth this is what happened a few minutes ago. Cash out decline!

I just wanted to point out - This is not reflective really of AWH - since Merge handles all the cash outs and withdraws.I think many affiliates are having this issue across the board. Its just Moneybookers was never a problem before and i am not from the USA.

AWH is great and Gemma is going to look after it and check... so thank you Gemma

I am just more concerned with the Merge aspect.

I received a reply from Merge. 'This was a configuration issue with the changeover from moneybookers to skrill and has now been fixed'

Unfortunately you will have to request your failed withdrawal again if you have not done so already.
