loads of errors on the site as I was testing. Seems a bit sloppy. Are you still getting errors?
-
-
Dunno, puna - I can't login 'cos it always times out

I just checked the login page again - yeah, still getting errors - copy/paste below. Incidentally, it's curious how it mentions 'Sky Broadband' in the error details, as I'm not using this ISP.

Since inception RedReturns has had issues with their website. If they can't even keep their website up can you imagine how your links are tracking?
-
-
I can login at the moment but I couldn't half-hour ago. It's very eratic.

Hi FictionNet,
We have restarted the RR services and it should be stable. Now for some good news
The error messages etc. will soon be something of the past. Red Returns is being migrated to a new server that will provide the stability and performance we want and expect. We will launch our new website as well. This will happen Tuesday. Just a few more days guys, thanks for your patience in this regard. If you have any issue or you are not able to access the website for creative or stats please let me know, I will sort it out.
P.S FictionNet, I am sending you an email please check your inbox in 10.
Cheers,
Wayne

Thanks, Wayne. I' m really looking for to this. I've always wanted to promote Red Flush more but I've been held back by the lack of decent stats and campaign tracking. The sketchy logins have been a bit of a put off too - so I'm chuffed it looks like being all cool and funky soon. I remember you telling me during an evening meal in London a couple of years ago (yum - Miros is awesome) how most of the issues were out of your control and you were equally annoyed by them, so I expect you're even more pleased than I am.
-
-
Definitely more pleased than you
Have a good weekend

The change to new servers does not seem to have solved the problem.

Hi Guys,
Sorry about the inconvenience. We are nearly there. As you all notice the old web site is still up. Microgaming is currently testing the switch to ensure that nothing goes wrong before making the new web site live. The issue is the old web site and the testing in the back end not the new servers. The new web site will be up as soon as testing is complete.
Best regards,
Wayne

My links to Red Flush are not working right now - they go here https://www.redreturns.net/BannerServ...d=1531&lpId=14 but it's coming up as a dead page. Anyone else?

I started this thread back in April and we're no nearer to getting a decent backend, it seems. I've been getting "Server Error in '/' Application." for a while now...

Hi FictioNet,
We are already there
You are using is a cached version of the old web site and that is no longer valid. You can either type the URL https://www.redreturns.net or deleted the old URL from your cache to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
Wayne
