Really badly managed closure by commissionking
Schalk I sent you 2 emails same day as you "closed" the account 28th sep 2010 and wanted to talk with you. Not a response whatsoever since then. Time to see if we can get a response from you at GPWA.
3 weeks before you closed the account you asked if we could publish a listing of canbet casino, and we did. We "communicated"!
And then got our backs stabbed over at ixgames 3 weeks later.
You should have responded and acted as a responsible affiliate manager when we took contact through email after the closure. We could have come to an understanding.
Yes I know you had the right to close the account because of the inactivity and what was more important it was a bleeding account, commissionking were losing money from the activity there otherwise there wouldnt really be any reason to close the account for inactivity.
What is even more interesting is the fact that we have not been paid for the commissions made during august. Here's where the action of "a fine tuned terms and conditions" changes to a scam/fraud/ripoff decision, call it what you want.
Either way commissions should already been paid out before the closure.

Just a short note to say that ixgames and I have been in contact, and have seemed to reach a resolution to the problem.
Regards
Schalk

Correct, schalk contacted me by email on the 6th October and we discussed the above issue. We have still not been paid but will be in the next few days.

I can now confirm that ixgames received the money owed. Thanks Schalk and the GPWA community.
