    Default Questions

I'm new to AffiliateWide having recently only signed up. No problems yet but I do have questions

I'm promoting Box24 but there's no sign of this brand at affiliatewide.com where I can see only blackdiamondcasino.net

My welcome e-mail did come from "box24 affiliate" and the e-mail addy was [email protected] so I'm pretty sure it's one of your brands.

Also, when logged into my aff account, it's not at affiliatewide.com - it's at https://affiliates.box24casino.com/

Can you clarify? Am I mixing up two programs here?

    Cheers.

    Hi Rob

Logging into www.affiliatewide.com is not possible with your login information on www.affiliates.box24casino.com

Because each brand operates on a different software, we are operating each brand on a different platform. So, in order to promote Black Diamond, you must create an account at www.affiliatewide.com.

All affiliates who were with us before Box24 launched had their accounts automatically transferred.

This can be confusing I know, but Wael and I are working on getting everything combined into one system.

Just so you know, earnings on each brand will not affect the other - so negative balances are not an issue with regards to this.

Again, to create an account at AffiliateWIDE Black Diamond, please use www.affiliatewide.com and www.affiliates.box24casino.com for Box24.

    I hope this helps.

    Best
    Steve
