    Cool Question to players: what does really drive you crazy in an online casino?

    Hey guys. Casinos and its players often talk about juicy promos and giveaways but today I'm thinking about what really annoys players when it comes to casino platforms...
    For example, I wonder if a longer withdrawal would be a big issue for some of you OR maybe it is poor visial appeal that first comes into your mind?

    Requesting weird verification documents in separate emails.
    That's common habit when the casino don't want to payout. Today they request selfie with ID, after 2 days selfie with some other paper, the next week selfie with your grandma....that's what drives me crazy

    A selfie with grandma is the most important photo for verification!
    I guess it happens because different people take care of your case. Today one person gets your e-mail, the other day another. And the might be a long queue of requests, that's why it is not that centralized. Anyway, it is all about a support team that a casino has. To my mind, it is one of the most important things to take care of - the ability to solve player's issues.

    Hello.

    I am not a fan of casinos that pretend to offer attractive bonuses and terms and conditions.

    For example, you have to click on the link on the promotions page and dive deep into the terms and conditions page to find the critical terms and conditions statement.

    That applies to statements such as "Deposit Bonus Winning Limit" and "If you do not apply, the terms and conditions will continue to apply even if your bonus balance is reduced to zero.

    We are not suggesting that the terms and conditions be relaxed. We think the terms and conditions should be stated concisely within the promotion page because they are difficult to understand.

    It is hard to recommend a casino that shows a glimpse of exploitative intentions in these areas ;(

    A lack of game filters, a great library of titles is great but really frustrating if you can't locate what you're looking for.

    Guessing you mean like if you are in the mood for only 3reels that day you only want to see 3 reel choices?
    One day you might only want games that allow a buy-in bonus round or only those with 6 reels...etc?

    I think the behaviour of a player will depend on the stability of their mental health and lifestyle.

    If the player has a compulsive personality, most likely they will be annoyed with waiting time.

    I like old-school websites as well, as long as they are easy to use.

    In their attempt to be appealing, new ones sometimes include so many useless animations and popup messages that they become annoying and prevent you from enjoying the experience.

    I'd assume most other issues mentioned here should be avoided with careful research. However, bad customer service is a no-go. Especially when there is obviously a poor system on the backend and no continuation of conversations or records (i.e. documents sent) with different agents.

    The thing that annoys me most is when online casinos take away games from different providers.
