    Question Question to Dutch affiliates.

    Hi guys,

It is easier to ask here from people who know legislation and laws. What about Binary Options in your country, is it regulated? If so, what is the governing body?

Also, do you have any laws for .nl websites, which everyone has to follow?

    I would appreciate your help!

Binary options are not considered as gambling in The Netherlands. Which means it's legal to promote them, also with a .nl website.

Hi! I really appreciate your answer.

Is there any financial regulated body? Biggest brands in NL?

AFM (Autority Financial Markets) is giving licenses. One company won in court against them. Biggest brands are (i think ) Optie24, Plus500 and perhaps eToro.
