My name is Rafael and I'm from Brazil.
I've been running gambling ads on google ads. But as you can imagine, they block the account.
However I noticed that around here, many advertisers use these sites just like you put for review here on the forum.
Ex:
hxxp://soaposta_.com
hxxp://apostasdanet_.com
hxxps://www.asmelhoresapostas_.com
hxxps://aposta _.dog
My question is: How do you make money with these sites?
I noticed that they are not using affiliate link from gambling sites.
Or are they?
Another doubt. Can this type of content go up smoothly in google ads or are they using some cloaker?

Some of the outgoing links have verified aff tags on them, and I have always through not tagging outgoing links is a complete waste.
Most of the sites you listed are not in a state of enough completion that google ads seems like throwing some of the click money into a hole not worth it. Most of them had pages in the main navigation that were incomplete and some were blank of any content, fine as you build the sites but not ready to throw paid for traffic at.

Google Ads is only allowed in certain countries, and I believe you need some sort of license/approval before being allowed to do so.

Google Ads is indeed only allowed to do PPC in certain countries. I believe in Brazil is not allowed, but other Latinoamerican countries you will find it easier. You can check if you need to apply to a certificate here: https://support.google.com/google-ad...35416028550-EU

They do have affiliate links, only they look like internal links with a /go/ or /out/ structures. It's a pretty common practice to cloak your links. The question is why would you wanna use Google Ads?
If you have quality targeted traffic, the revenue share will vastly surpass what the ads will ever generate. Players can be active for years after and will still be an income stream.

This home page only shows lotteries that are legalized in Brazil, it only serves to be approved by Google Ads. it doesn't make money.
The Leading pages are internal links like this hxxp://soaposta_.com/sites

Which is why the google reviewers should carefully look at the entire site and not treat a single page as a site, and if the other pages would not qualify the site should not.
