    Exclamation Polestar doesn't pay commissions!

    We are an affiliate team iGaming Awards Club, we have gaming traffic. An unpleasant situation happened with Polestar Casino when we have not received some part of remuneration for our traffic under the agreed terms of the deal. At once, Polestar casino stopped paying for our players, although FTD and the fact that our players were playing were visible in the affiliate program. All our players passed KPI.The proceedings took a long time. After more than three months, Polestar informed us that due to a technical error, the incorrect number of ftd was indicated in the program and that the players who were ours (the fact from the partner program) were supposedly not ours. After that the players disappeared from the affiliate program.Doesn’t it look like a scam?It turns out that we lost about 10,000 Euro on the CPA and RS parts. Our request to compensate at least part of the amount, since there is no confirmation that these are not our players and this is not a partnership at all, was refused. We urge you to be vigilant when working with this affiliate program.

    Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm sorry to hear about your predicament. Unfortunately, there are still operators out there engaging in these unethical practices and avoiding payments to affiliates. It’s crucial to have forums like this where we can expose such behavior and stay informed.


    The "technical error" excuse is a well-worn tactic. If there truly was a technical issue, it’s their responsibility to rectify it at their expense, not yours. Fair compensation is not just courteous—it's the right thing to do. You shouldn’t have to pay for their mistakes.
