pmnt still missing

I was told my payment was sent... i checked my banking info on the payment tab on the AF site and it's correct.. but the 'proof' (sent to me by your staff) showing the bank wire shows different information. I've tried to rectify this with the person emailing me but I don't get a reply.

I'd appreciate my payment getting send via bank wire which should have been done a while ago now.

Can someone get this done for me?

Thank you for your inquiry..

I would like to inform you that our finance team have resubmitted the payment for you and have apologized for the manual error which occurred.

For future reference, we do not use the details saved to your affiliate account but the bank details stated on your current invoice.

Thanks Wendy for your reply. i will watch for the payment. The details on the invoice were identical to the details on the affiliate account but thank you for confirming you use only the details on the invoice.

Why is it after a week, a payment has not still shown up? Please confirm if this was actually done?
