    Hi Guiseppe,

seems that you have changed clause 7.4 regarding activity and of reduce commission.

It's correct that you have "no negative carry over" - unless there is a large cash out!

    6.10 - 6.10.5

One of your top geo should be germany but you have only the english version!

And the last one is that your brand Playigo Casino have the same crappy bonus terms&conditions as there was on VIKS Casino (a long time ago).

    8. Wagering requirements apply: in order to convert the bonus and winnings into withdrawable cash, you must wager the amount of the deposit and bonus 40 times (x40) (with real money). All winnings and the initial deposit will remain as bonus money and may not be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirements have been met.

    13. The maximum winnings from each Welcome Bonus are limited to ten times (x10) the deposit amount. (Example: a player deposits €/$100 and gets a €/$100 bonus; the maximum that can be won from the said bonus is €/$1000. Any amount exceeding that will be automatically deducted).

Many players already fell for it, just to say.

    Hi Insider,

Yes we have a high-roller policy that is highlighted on our GPWA overview page and welcome thread. Plus our bonus terms are clearly available for player to review prior to playing.

I realise affiliates prefer negative carryover with no restrictions, but unfortunately Programs can not pay large commissions on funds not actually received and remain profitable. It is a much different industry now than it was when no negative carryover began.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Giuseppe

Is that all what you have to say Giuseppe ?

No word to your Top GEO Germany and language? No word to clause 7.4 you had before and changed? What was your reason for the change?

7.4 If, after a 6 month inclusive period, no new FTDs are referred, the Revenue Share may be reduced to 20%. If, after a 12 month inclusive period, no new FTDs are referred, the Revenue Share may be reduced to 10%. Once a new active Customer has been referred, the following month the Revenue Share will be increased to 25%, and onwards based on the calculation set out in section 1.2

We may periodically make modifications to this Agreement. While we will do our best to notify you of such changes, we recommend that you revisit this page regularly. Your continued use of the Affiliate Program will constitute your consent to the updated Agreement.

We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Affiliate Agreement or replace it at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a change notice or a new agreement on our site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available Commissions and Affiliate Programme rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate the Affiliate Agreement. Your continued participation in our Affiliate Programme following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the modification or of the new agreement.
Means you can do what you want!

Your casino bonus terms are maybe clear and can be review prior but they are remain crappy for players. How i said, VIKS casino didn't survive because the players had no fun to play with bonus terms like this.(one of the reasons)

And i believe the same will happen sometime on Playigo if you stay remain on this terms.

I know that business goes more harder but i can't agree. Casinos and partner programs always belong together and are one. (even if they operates under sub-companies)

It seems you don't realize how much is really left at the end of 30% or 40% if you deducted all your costs before. It will be left 15% or 20% maximum what you will earn and that for all the work.

Companies deducting always more and more costs. If someone is disadvantaged here, the partners are and nobody else.

Partner programs only pay for what they want to leave us to pay. That's unfortunately the truth.

This is billion business for the companies and they are earning a lot of money and you want to tell me you can't be profitable ?

It sounds like the statements of Alexander Stevendahl (CEO from Videoslots) who means that affiliates earn too much.

    Hi Insider,

thanks for your reply and I will address your concerns below.

In regards to Germany, it’s correct that we do not offer yet German content on www.playigo.com (we would have loved to have this available already), however we are getting good traffic from Germany is proven to be one of our top GEOs. We should be adding this language very shortly and we’ll keep everyone informed when it’s live.

Regarding clause 7.4 – we actually removed it based on Affiliate feedback. We listen to what Affiliates have to say about our program, and although we’re not perfect we are open to making adjustments where possible.

When it comes to periodic changes to the agreement, well that’s a normal aspect of the business and it happens with all industries.

In regards to the bonus terms, I am sorry to hear your disappointment, however as mentioned in my previous message they are clearly stated and available to our players prior to redeeming the offer. It is fundamental to say also one thing that I strongly believe – the quality of a casino or a bookmaker it is based on many things (T’s and C’s being one), including the quality and variety of the games offered, the variety of payment methods, and ultimately, and most likely mainly, on the customer support and CRM - and I tell you from direct experience having worked in a CS of a very large company in the sector. I am confident that is a common way of thinking shared by the majority of people working in this industry.

Regarding payments, we would love to pay our affiliates more. Our management come from programs that have been built around affiliate traffic and see affiliates as one of the main marketing channels. However, casinos also have budgets and margins that they have to work to, and at the beginning of any operation you need to be careful about where and how that money is spent.

We’re a new casino and a new affiliate program, and whilst we may not be perfect we are trying to do things in the right way.

You should feel free to DM me – I’m always happy to have a chat and explain our position.

We have been working with PlayIgo for a few months now and are very happy with PlayIgo Partners Affiliate Program. We have also received a lot of positive feedback casino players, especially from Canada.

    Good afternoon Ben,

Thank you for your comment - it is a mutual and reciprocal positive feedback, we are very happy to have you on-board.

Wanted also to bring up to the attention of our potential affiliates/partners that Playigo.com has recently started to offer its content in Finnish, German and French (CA players).

I am confident this is a great and very important factor that is definitely having a great and positive impact on our brand positioning within the industry.

    Best regards,
